      I am a valued customer for over a year. I bought a sofa n a bed w/mattress for around $3k my payments was $190.00 until August 2024 there was n adjustment to my payments for $85 in sept ongoing each month leaving my *** from $917 to $755 well everything went well until October 7th when no payment was taken so I called they said my payments was $310 amonth minimum they said my balance is $991.00 n I owe a ***. of $223 because I paid $87. First of all I never ever paid $310 next the manager call to verify the new adjustment in the monthly payment of $85. so somebody need to fix this I have good credit I worked hard for n I don't need this c***

      I purchased a couch recliner 5 months ago. I had company, bring my attention to a sloping on one side of the couch. That i do not use and had not noticed it. Then I myself , had a wooden bar fall off from underneath the leg raised area on my side. I cannot fix it. I like the couch but had no idea it came to me with these problems! I paid cash, and feel like i got a damaged couch. I have talked to a manager in the Waynesboro store about my issue. He gy me an email address to send my complaint to. I have on two occasions. No response or help.. please , I just need help in getting another couch or the one I have fixed. I should mot have all of these problems within 3-4 months Sincerely, ****** *****

      Used to be great furniture but now its junk! They replaced my sofa and chair twice. Two days later it broke again. I just gave it away and went somewhere else

      I was glad to and now they trying to make me keep the furniture, but when I got the furniture first before they change over to the other company, I was told I can have. I can bring the furniture back, but now since the other company took over they told me they didnt care About me not the furniture is just gonna go on my credit so stuck with it she was very rude and I told her when I talk to The Lady Who when I first purchased first, she did not tell me none of this and she was like that aint got nothing to do with me

      In December 2020 i bought an electrolux washing machine with the extended warranty with ************* I filed a claim in July 2024 because the washer was making a loud noise. The repair person said it was not repairable so i was told that the warranty company would replace the washer. During this time Badcock issued notices that they are going out of business. The warranty company sent an authorization to Badcock for me to get another washer. Badcock informed me that their supply was limited and on top of that I would have to pay a $200.00 delivery fee. I reached out to the warranty company to try and get a refund but they said it was up to Badcock to give me other options. I told them that I did not want an inferior washing machine I only wanted one that was comparable to the one I originally purchased. The warranty company sent me an email on 08/07/2024 that said I would be issued a refund check to my home address but when I never received it I contacted them on 08/19/2024 they said that I received the email in error. They said I needed to reach out to Badcock for other options. So when I called Badcock they are closed on Mondays and have very limited hours of operation. I do not want a different piece of furniture or a lower end washer. what are my options for a refund going forward?

      I purchased a new bedroom set and mattress set. When it was delivered, they sent me damaged (not new) furniture and the delivery people put a hole in my wall going up the stairs. It took over a week to get the sales rep to return my call. When she did they offered to reimburse me to have the wall fixed or refund my delivery charge, which I went with the latter. They also replaced my bureau and nightstand which were either damaged by the movers or used as the pieces did not come with any new tags, but the replaced one did. After the delivery I realized my bed was too high and that I ordered the wrong box spring. I called back and requested to exchange the low profile box spring with the board because my bed is hard to climb into. I was told that it was against store policy due to being more than 10 days since my delivery. I asked to speak with a manager and requested a reconsideration in light of the fact that I received damaged furniture and they damaged my wall. The manager had the sales rep call me back and said it was against store policy. I am quite certain that they could have made an exception considering the poor experience I had. But they did not!! I will never buy from them again and will be sure to tell others not to as well. Their customer service is poor at best.

      I purchased a refrigerator on 4/40/2024 with the understanding that the handles be placed on the right side of the unit. The company has had 3 different people try to do this. Now they want to send another person to look at the unit. They have setup appointments for someone to come out and look at the unit 2 different times that the company didnt even know that they were scheduled to come. I have missed 2 days of work waiting for someone to show that didnt show. When the handles are changed it leaves a gap on the hinge side, leaving it unable to seal. I have asked for my money back, only to be told that they will have to send another person out.

      I bought a furniture set from badcocks in *************************** and the furniture start wearing out both chairs and a mess we call badcocks and they said then send a repair man in the spot day never heard nothing call them they said that something happen the appt wasn't setup so we reschedule the appt some guy came out and put a Inch piece of foam in the cousin and i dont think a brand new chair should be like that and by the way it took three weeks to get it tried to exchange it they told me no but instead they are going replace both cousins I don't know what that is going to do this furniture is junk and 6 months later still hasn't been resolved and corporate won't help I buy alot of stuff from them I know there prices are high but they use to stand behind there product and all they had to do is exchange it was brand new it wouldn't of costed them nothing and they say there stuff is warranty

      This review is strictly focused on the BABCOCK on ***************************. location in ******, ** This location violated its delivery agreement with me on furniture I paid delivery charges to upfront and found the furniture was damaged.I took pictures of the damages and went into the store spoke with and showed the pictures to the Manager (*****) he said he would come to my home and observe the damages and replace the furniture within 24 hours, He never did come in the appointed time frame which expired and now want satisify the claim or replace the damaged furniture. I will not buy anything again from this company Badcock again. In the past year I have purchased over $5600.00 or more plus this additional $ ******* that is damaged. I love the style that they sale and its quality but, the customer service and manager of this location sucks!! Yes, I said it doesnt live up to its delivery contract

      I purchased a sectional on 2/24/24. I believe his name was ****** ? and he was very helpful with me buying the couch and explaining the warranty and the deliver time. A week later on 3/02/24 they delivered my couch early in the day. The 2 delivery men *** and ******* did an excellent job! They were so nice and professional and were very careful bringing my couch in and putting it together and explaining to me how certain parts of the couch worked. They gave me a suggestion on how the couch should be arranged in my living room and it worked perfectly. They were also very fast at getting things completed. I am very pleased.
