I delivered 1000$ in exchange for an anniversary gift, custom dolls for my girlfriend and her family. The vendor said she sent them, but I never got them, she said she would resend them, it has now been an entire year. I confronted her, and she said it wasn't a priority, that she had more relevant orders now and she wouldn't be able to get to it in a timely way. I got frustrated, told her she ripped me off, and she blocked me on Instagram.Business response

This customer purchased 3 dolls. I sent him photos of them after I was finished. Theyre custom to be in his image and his girlfriend and cat. I sent him tracking information. When I shipped them.
He admitted in writing that he had been robbed and the dolls were robbed. I felt bad for him and said if I ever had free time I would remake them for him. He harassed me non stop wanting them remade for free to the point that I had to deny his request and I blocked him because he was using bad words against me.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Its mostly a lie - nobody said any bad words, I just admitted my suspicions and frustrations with this person - seeing as how I had no evidence they had ever actually sent anything. Also nobody harassed anyone either, they said they would replace the dolls that never came a year ago and Ive checked in maybe once every few weeks to see if any progress was made. Im willing to provide screenshots of all communications, and she can too honestly. All in all, mostly just worried for the sake of other people, this was 1000$ for a custom gift that Ive tried to give every benefit of the doubt for and have just been burned badly by.

As I stated before, I sent him pics of the custom dolls I made. Then sent tracking and confirmation he received it in his mailbox. He claimed the post office got robbed. I felt bad and offered to remake them one day that Im not full of orders. His checking in turned into him harassing me to remake and send them. I have no obligation to remake anything. I Was being kind, I blocked him after he called me a pigeon. I dont have to do them again. I have confirmation with tracking that he received them. I have submitted all of the proof in screenshots above.
