Do NOT use this company to install a new garage door. They sell you something and cannot install properly. Bought from them Dec. 2022 and have had to call them back almost every month to adjust/fix/redo everything they do. The door is still not installed properly and it is absolutely incredible that this company still exists. Very upsetting. Had my old garage door for over 16 years with NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. This hurricane garage door installation is the worse ******* NOT use them.Review from Bryan F

Only good thing about speedy was the speed of service. Had broken spring and he came out next day. That was the good point. (Speedy garage door).They put in springs that were the wrong size or too small. The garage door would not function properly. I made three or four phone calls to correct the problem over a two week period and got no response.. they charged me $750. Called Overhead Door fix the problem for $375 and said I got ripped off please never use Speedy Garage Door.

I hired this company to install, three garage doors, they took six weeks longer than promised to receive and install. Then during install they did not have the skills installing to make the doors function properly. We had the doors inspected by a third party, and of course the installation materials were not correct. I contacted Speedy, to tell them they need to come fix and install the correct materials, it has been a month that I have been calling them to finish the work. The work is still not done and I am beyond frustrated. I have no choice but to involve my lawyer, do get them to honor the contract we have agreed to. Their worksmanship is terrible as well. We paid this company over $9,000 to install our garage doors after ***. They started on March 14th. **** stated that they can install 7 doors a day. We paid them for a permit which they took over a month to obtain and installed the doors prior to obtaining the permit. Another contractor placed a complaint against them and as it turned out they didn't have the proper license. It is now August 30th and neither door works properly. One doesn't operate at all and the other doesn't properly close. They have been to our house probably 10 times and all we get are excuses and delays. They make an appointment and don't show up. Dealing with them has been a disaster. They don't know what they are doing and the owner comes out looks at the problem and says he will have his guys come back. They started my next door neighbors garage door on March 12th and still have not applied for a permit for that property. They paid $410 for a permit in March and they still haven't even been asked to get the **** Run and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. We are hiring a lawyer to proceed with getting this problem resolved.
