Purchase date: 11/24/2021 Purchase Amount: $1030 USD Product: CARTIER TRINITY RING, SMALL MODEL Ident. No. ********** Issue: The size of the ring is too small, therefore I need to return and change another one. According to the company policy, I am able to return my product within 30 days. But I need to contact them first to get RAN number. Business Response: Tried to contact Cartier Contact Center (XXX-XXX-XXXX), sent an email (to: ************************) and requested for RAN on Nov 24, followed up on Nov 30 and Dec 2, still got no response. On Dec 12th, received an email for the first time, they ask me to provide billing information and tracking number, and told me once they receive the information, they will provide me the RAN number. I provided the information on Dec 13th, and followed up on Dec 17th. Got no response again.
