Transaction Date = 3/28/2022. I mailed them a check #1419 on 3/28/2022 in the amount of $1,548.83. They deposited the check. A woman there (her name is Darsey G.) advised me she required 80% of the entire amount. The full amount is $2,065.10 and 80% is what I mailed her $1,548.83. This was to repair my marine boat air conditioners and included labor and materials. She (Darsey) emailed me an invoice with a description of what was to be done, labor that was to be done, and materials they would provide in order to repair the A.C. units and a date 3/30/2022 and 3/31/2022 they would remove the units, take it back to their shop, repair them and return them the next day repaired and install them in my boat. THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING EXCEPT TO CASH MY CHECK. I called her numerous times and left messages. She never returned any of my calls. I have a trail of text messages that I sent to her (239-309-8339). On Friday April 1,2022 she did text me back at 10:33 a.m. to say that she would call me back in 30 minutes because she was on another call. She never did. They have not attempted to resolve the problem. The $1,548.83 invoice is invoice# **** dated 3/28/2022. I have since contacted another A.C. repair company and they repaired 2 or the 4 A.C. units.Business response

Contact Phone: 239-775-9292 Contact Email: ******@cruisecoolac.com This claim is false - we have resolved this by refunding Mr. *****'s 75% Deposit, minus $200 to recoup some of our expenses, as we were on Mr. *****'s vessel on 3/31/2022. While my tech was in the middle of the repair, the dock lost power due to the Marina. I have emails corresponding to the owner about the power and a video from my tech that was in the engine room. I am also attaching the check we sent to Mr. *****, where he signed and cashed it. I also am attaching the UPS documentation as well. I am requesting that this claim be expunged from our company as this was resolved.
