This company has been spam calling me for weeks now, using different numbers. I keep asking them to stop and they haven't. Maybe they'll respond to FCC reporting. It's ridiculous!! I asked for their address and the rep *************************** lied (not the same number on the website) then I asked for someone higher to talk to so I could be emailed a copy of their do not call policy and he hung up on me. Harrassment is not OK!

We have received your complaint and letter regarding a telemarketing call that you received. We are writing to address your concerns and explain our business model in more detail.

First and foremost, we operate a finance company that offers financial products to clients who are interested in borrowing for business purposes. We do not call anyone who has not inquired about our company or expressed interest in our services. We apologize if our call was an inconvenience, and we are sorry if you were receiving calls from other companies that might have created confusion.

Furthermore, we get names of potential clients from various sources, including UCC filings, and we strictly adhere to anti-telemarketing laws and regulations. We would never intentionally contact someone who has not shown interest in doing business with us, and we take all complaints seriously.

In addition, we have a policy of hiring interns to teach them about business financing so that they can earn school credit. We do not have anyone here with the name that was provided, but we assure you that we accept full responsibility for your unhappiness and the actions of our company.

We want all our potential clients to feel satisfied with our services, and we strive to create a good customer experience. Therefore, we will be taking steps to ensure that situations like this one do not happen in our business again.

Do NOT believe anything they tell or promise you. They are only a "broker" and have no idea what they banks will or will not do. One of the most unprofessional organizations I ever have ever dealt with. They reached out many months ago promising me that they could secure me all types of loan options. After proving all of the paper work, and after 2+ weeks in underwriting my loan came back denied. No problem they said, they have all types of other funding options. Based on this "promise" I borrowed against my 401k to purchase a rental property with 60 days to replay this loan. Now almost 60 days later I find out that they submitted the loan to the SAME lender who denied my original loan. And they do not know why my loan was denied to begin with. I do not get any updates from this company, unless I call and then am told things that are not true. While my credit did go down over the 90 + days I had been dealing with them, I summited a credit score of 700+ and told that was fine only to be told days later they could not accept Equifax and needed my Transuinion which was for some reason a 640? I am now dealing directly with the bank, having to fill out applications AGAIN and all the 3+ months I spent dealing with Consolidated funding was essentially a waste of time. And now, based on their "promise" I am set to loose over $20,000 on my IRA early withdraw. They clearly do not knwo what they are doing. STAY AWAY. Deal with the lenders directly

We sincerely apologize for any confusion that *** have occurred during our process, this is never our intention, but we believe this review is an unfair representation of the facts.

***** applied on August 2, 2022 and we responded with a telephone call and a due diligence request by Email. The final document was his 2021 tax return which is essential for his type of financing was not received until September 29th. Our financing partners are wholesale and do not have a retail department, thus they do not work with individuals and they all require a broker submission so there is no way that ***** would have ever found the lenders we introduced to him on his own. Furthermore, lenders all require both business and personal tax returns and a minimum credit score of *******. *****'s credit score was below 680 on our first submission and went below 650 by September 29. I sent 3 emails and spoke with ***** personally and told him we would hold the offer open just please get the score above 650. That still has not happened.

Most clients do not realize that their FICO 8 as provided by the credit bureau is not the same as what the lenders look at. Consolidated Funding, *** makes every effort to fund every deal as we work off a success fee only, meaning, we make no money unless the client is successfully funded. From what we can see ***** did not finish the Tax Return until September 14, 2022 and finally provided it September 29. As it stands, the file is still workable, but if ***** sees it fit to go elsewhere, that is his right, but not at the cost of our business reputation.

We have been in business for 11 years and have never had a customer complaint against us. Our reputation is beyond reproach and we can document every word of this response with emails, telephone records and client documents
