Ive have recently purchased a small business, and had for a loan from bitty. After calling them and explaining that Im about to lose everything, because of loss of revenue. I have recently hired *** debt consultant firm to help with my issue. Im still getting harassed and many scar tactics from this place, from contacting my banks, mortgage company and all other institutions that is linked to my name. They refuse to help me. Any brokers that badmouth Bitty, are plain lazy and should not be in the business. I funded one today the same day with *******, ******, and ******. The merchant got funded 10k with minimal stips.They have the only portal in the business that works. However, if you throw in junk and take horrible applications, what else do you expect. They offer weekly payments in addition to daily.Their commissions are solid, but their process is efficient if you take your time and take good applications and train your merchant. They funded a trucking company for me today. Laziness and Greed will not get you anywhere in the business. Reach out to *******.

I applied for a business loan but decided not to sign the contract. The contract asked for my bank log in and Security questions. That was a red flag for me. I never had a lender ask for my bank login information. Seems like fraud to me.

Bitty advance is a borderline ****. Was received an approval then denied the day of for reasons that are not clear as I am eligible to minimum requirements. They made a mistake and I am the blame for it, They also claim that I cannot make any changes or updates to my application for 90days?? Waste of Time. They had no one that could help me resolve, even their customer support gave me a fake name, I don't know how many kids from ********** have the name **********

I am not happy with the service provided by Bitty Advance. There are a few reasons behind this opinion. Initially everything went well with the company and my representative ***********************. The funding came in on time, and **** was a true professional. After a few months I did request additional funds. I mentioned to **** the payments that I could afford. He said to me that those payments were not available. At that point, I took him at his word, and agreed to the terms he mentioned. The next day I received an email explaining the different loan categories and pricing. Well guess what, **** did not tell me the truth and I wasn't happy at all. There were other plans that I could have taken part in that would have fit my budget perfectly. This is when the true professional made a drastic change in his attitude. There were a few other occasions I called and had questions. Those conversations were filled with arrogance and complete disregard. The final straw was when my bank accounts were hacked. At that point I only had about ***** payments before the account was paid in full. I had additional restriction placed on my account for protection. I received a text message from Bitty concerning not being able to debit my account. At that point, I reached out to the account representative mentioned in the text. His name was *****************. He was very helpful and did all he could to help me. After speaking the ************ there was an issue or glitch in the computer system, where the funds still had not been taken. I reached out to **** again for assistance with this issue, same attitude and response. I will never deal with this company again. The only bright spot was ************, and I thank him for all of his efforts!!
