I moved to Waterside Condo in January of 2023. Upon my first month there, management stole my property, falsely leading me on dead end paths as a manipulative way to cover up their tracks. I own a vintage **** Jeep Wrangler and, after the move, the Jeep was at the shop and the doors were placed in the parking spot that was assigned to me. Management took it upon themselves, without any notice or attempt to contact me, to move both doors without my knowledge or consent. I realized this on the following day, and attempted to reach out to them with no success. The manager informed me later that he was the one who ordered to move the doors. He also took me to a designated area where he had stored both doors. I explained to him that the doors were too heavy to bring up in the apartment, and that they were left in my designated parking spot since it is part of the vehicle, and also management needed to give me access to a storage unit that I was told I had in order to store the doors. The unit he assigned to me had a lock, therefore preventing access. He saw the lock and suggested I reach out to the owner of my unit and see if the lock was his. I then asked the manager if the doors were safe to stay where he had placed them for the following 48 hours, as I needed to gain access to the storage. He confirmed that the doors were fine as long as I had them removed in that time frame. To my surprise, they were gone the following day. I emailed him with no success. I even saw someone going through that area where the doors were stored, took pictures of their car and license plate. I emailed management that information and still received no response, leaving me no choice but to contact the police, and file a report. That's when management finally responded that they had no idea who and how the doors went missing. The police found the owner of the license plate who stated that he was contacted by the manager who personally asked him to retrieve the doors. I need JUSTICE.

Upon moving into the building, a resident left pieces of scrap car in the parking garage. Maintenance personnel removed the scrap from the common area and temporarily placed it next to the trash container. The next day, the resident visited the ***************** to inquire about the car scrap and informed the property manager that she wanted to recover it. The Property Manager called the building maintenance person to inquire about the location of the scrap. It was determined that the items were still on-site. The resident claimed that she was not aware that leaving this item in the parking garage was a violation of the rules and regulations and building bylaws. She requested to keep them next to the trash container for the entire weekend to pick them up on Monday. The manager replied that she must move the items into her unit or remove them from the property.
The resident returned to the office on Monday, claiming that her property was no longer by the trash area and requested the manager to investigate. The manager checked the surveillance cameras and found that a male in a white truck had taken the scrap from the trash container room. However, the manager did not contact this individual to come to the building to take the resident's property at any time. It was also determine that the individual used to come to the property from time to time without previous notice to remove metal and other items left by residents in the trash container room.

I categorically deny the resident's allegations and am willing to initiate a legal claim due to the false allegations made by the resident and the damage she is causing to my professional reputation.
