      On 25 August 2022 I visited https://cobratac.com/ to purchase an Archangel Ruger 10/22 stock conversion kit. After purchasing the stock for $163.86 and not receiving any status updates for 3 days I reached out to the company via phone calls, emails, and the websites customer support app. All of these options did not provide any response. After reviewing other complaints online through BBB.com and many unanswered emails later I have come to the conclusion that this website and company scams people out of their money. I would like the BBB to either help me get my product delivered which is the desired out come or have my money returned to me. Please help.

      Hello 

      We have researched into this order. This item was on backorder at the time of the order. We have had many orders for this item. They are now in stock and we are fulfilling them as fast as we can, we should have this order fulfilled within the next few days. If **************** would like to cancel we could do that as well. Apologies for the delay, usually we ask that customers please send in requests for order status by logging into the website dashboard and clicking on their order to send a message about it, so that we can respond quickly. We get hundreds of junk mail daily to the general inbox and some messages there may not be seen in time. 

      We have attached an image showing where to go to send a request about a certain order.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I would prefer to have the ordered product delivered. If delivery cannot be made I would like to request a full refund.
