  Hello my name is ******* ******* I currently live in Summerfield, Marion County Fl. I had a fence put up with Ocala Fence LLC. Since the fence has been put up shortly after our side gate became a problem to open and close. We have contacted them numerous times and no solution. We had a storm destroy a small section and Ocala Fence LLC was contacted yet again they told us to send in images for a repair and nothing was done. Phone calls were ignored. We ended up patching it back up ourselves. We have continued to keep calling about the problematic side gate and nothing has been done. They said they would have someone out and then no one would show up. I called again and no one is making an effort to fix it or come out. I was told i would get a call back and it’s been days. I called again and they stated i would get a call back and i have not heard anything back from them. I am currently making payments to them which are becoming a hassle these days with bills and in between jobs. i don’t find it fair to be paying for a company who is completely unreliable and very unprofessional.

  The customer's payments pertain to the prior fence installation, and the agreement for the current project was finalized and closed on January 9, 2023. These payments are managed through a credit card financing arrangement between the customer and ***** ***** Financing, rather than Ocala Fence. Our receptionist, who worked from April to October, admitted to unintentionally omitting this crucial information from our team. Upon learning of this oversight, our general manager promptly reached out to the customer, expressing apologies for the significant delay. We promptly dispatched a crew to address the issue the following day. Notably, we waived the customary service and repair fee typically associated with such repairs. As far as we are aware, the customer is content with the resolution, and the matter is now resolved.
