On April 7th 2024 I went to powersport Ocala, ** to buy a Kawasaki eliminator that was on sale. I signed the paperwork before being able to test drive it. When they delivered the bike that is when I actual received a copy of the contract. The company financed the full MSRP instead of the sale price. I contacted the Ocala store and did not receive any help. I even waited to see if they would respond, nothing to date. I would cancel this whole transaction and buy a motorcycle from a better company. I even found a eliminator ABS for about $800. cheaper from their sister store in ***********.Business response

I bought a motorcycle in this dealership on 3/17/2024, they sold me an extended warranty for the vehicle, for $1343. on 5/2024 the motorcycle stop running, call the insurance company North Star; and i was told that if the dealership was over 50 miles to take to nearest one, which i did. I was told that the bike have a coolant leak, the forks were leaking hydraulic and have a transmission seal broken, the shop told me the warranty will only cover for the coolant leak, call the dealership where i bought the bike and explain the situation regarding the warranty they sold me. The Manager of the store call me to request information and told me that he was going to see what he can do, because since the bike wasn't on his shop he can't do anything, i spoke with him on Friday 6/13/2024 he told me to expect a call from him by Tuesday, today is Thursday and i never got an answer back. to me i feel that the dealership and the insurance company are a scam, once they have your money they don]t want to cover what they insure.Business response

We appreciate the opportunity to provide additional information related to this complaint. With this vehicle being taken to a 3rd party service provider, we have not had the ability to inspect or diagnose the mechanical issued described first hand. RideNow has been in communication with the 3rd party dealership team and the extended service administrator to better understand what has been submitted for claims coverage. It is our understanding from these conversations that the only item not being covered by warranty are the fork seals. This is considered a wear and tear item, therefore excluded from warranty. We have made attempts to reach the customer and offer to bring the vehicle to our service department to allow us more control and flexibility over the servicing of the vehicle.Initial Complaint

Ride Now Ocala *******, sold me a motorcycle 2018/23 ***** goldwing that had damage on it and parts missing told me it was like new low miles, couldn't ride because of problems and recall, also ext. Warranty wasn't any good per warranty company, it was for a 2 ******* not a trike 3 ******* , and if you pulled a trailer behind it , would cancel warranty weather 2 or 3 *******, you would need to get another warranty, as told several times it was covered, by dealership and finance at RideNow, between 2plus months I have payed around ****** more dollars to get this bike, I traded one in witch was great but wanted a trike for awhile, now I'm back into another 2 ******* bike, that cost me extra money and a waste of money just been better if I kept my 2023 kawasaki vulcan, they mislead me no bike being in great shape and warranty no good plus saying bike was worth, almost ****** dollars only trying to trade it in on another bike at their dealership to get out of problems on it, asked them for them to fix this, witch they caused and mislead me, took alot of picture, now they tell me trike was worth only ****** trade in, reason we had to sale bike on lot too long?? don't understand, I was crazy not to buy ,sold it to me around ****** if I buy that day said I was getting great deal , if I knew, it wasn't worth that I would have never bought, ****** price was on head light, please help me they were wrong doing this to me, thanks. *********************** ************ *****************Business response

******************** purchased a motorcycle from our dealership that was deeply discounted in order to move excess inventory in January of this year. Suggested retail for the 2018 ***** was $47,999.00 and we agreed to sell it for $27,994.55. After the purchase of this vehicle, we were notified by ***** of a manufacturer recall requiring a service update. There were no open recalls at the time of sale and dealerships cannot predict if or when a manufacturer may initiate one. ******************** also purchased an extended service agreement as we recommend to all customers purchasing a vehicle without factory warranty coverage. ******************** returned to our dealership inquiring about trading in the vehicle for a new one. We offered to take it back on trade as well as outright for the amount ******************** paid, $27,994.55. ******************** declined our offer and was asking for us to pay him $60,000.00 for the vehicle. We declined. We could not offer him more than we originally sold it for. It is our understanding that ******************** did trade it in at a different dealership, again for more than he paid for it because it was deeply discounted. He did not experience any financial loss, but in fact gained money to put towards a more expensive vehicle. We have also agreed to cancel his extended service agreement that the administrator should be finishing up with shortly. We feel that we agreed to more than a fair price on this vehicle with ******************** and in no way intend to make any further payment to him besides the refund of his warranty that he is owed.Customer response

They are being dishonest about what I asked for bike not ****** that what was told to Mr **** was worth, at first I wanted warranty fixed, over a month pass no word then latter tried trading for another bike because of warranty being no good, parts missing and damage, had to buy oil to put into bike also wrong battery in bike too videos of bike making noises and gave them parts list what it would cost to fix damaged parts, long with damage at dealership, service took pictures, after 2 months of not riding bike said my bike wasn't worth ****** and that was fair, after telling me could sell it for more, why would I thought I got a great deal, but no deal if can't ride, and warranty not good was mislead about bike and warranty, finance said they didn't know about warranty yet they said it cover by trike front to end, I did mislead them I came in to do a deal, I interned spend almost ****** more to get a trike I always wanted, but I did find another dealership willing to take bike and give me almost what I sent, and repair it and do recalls repairs I couldn't under morals sale it to another person, and not tell them the truth about bike, it cost me around ***** dollars to get into another bike, a 2 ******* again? I should have kept my 2023 kawasaki vulcan no problems with it just wanted a trike getting older, now I have 2023 indian pursuit, as I tried to get from them, The people at they indian dealership were great but there hands were tied and still wanted to make a profit off of me that they caused, and could have fixes, took alot of pictures, and have warranty contact saying my bike wasn't insured, and couldn't even pull a trailer under warranty, why buy it even had a trailer hitch, can go on but this is misleading and think against Florida law on , I will post them lieing about me wanting ****** for my bike not true, and other mislead things, I just wanted to enjoy my bike and have something I always wanted, fix you need anything else please call me anytime time al I was asking was 3, ******************** unless they want to buy my 2023 indian purcuit and put me into 2024 indian pursuit at my payments ****** a month for 5 years think this is reasonable they shouldn't be able to lie about bike and warranty and get away with it, it was just a bike with problems and should have been fixed, and gone over before sold, and should Ride Now Ocala Florida know what there warranty covers because there finance sure didn't know, again very misleading and not fair to any customers who only came in to do a fair honest deal, thanks ****************** ************. ********************;Business response

Our dealership has 2 service history records for this vehicle since being purchased by ********************. One is for the ***** manufacturer recall initiated by ***** and would have been at no expense to the customer. The second was initiated by the customer. The ********************** was checked in on 2/20/2024. The customer stated that the reverse was popping out, battery low, coolant low and oil low. Our technicians completed a diagnostic and inspection of all items. Fluids and a new battery were installed for a total cost of $729.20 to the dealership and no expense was charged or paid for by the customer. We covered all items of concern with the motorcycle and it was picked up on 3/11/2024.Customer response

Was very worried about how long unit ran low with low water and oil, had to put oil in myself was told later not to touch, they would do, already added 2 quarts, was still low, later after there service told me it wasn't low that much, and showed them pictures and empty quarts, along with loose parts and missing parts, said they would fix didn't do all they told me ,also unit got bumped into at there yard by another bike service took pictures, said they were sorry, but didn't fix also when I left bike there again to fix didn't pick up because I just found out about fuel pump problems, by ***** corporate, there at dealership, said something to them I was just informed by a customer I didn't know and called *****, asked sales manager, gave him battery I bought, because the one in bike was bad and wrong kind it was in there when I bought , was bad, ,about fuel pump, he said yes there is a problem with them, your should be OK, I would have walked out with bike, not even them telling me about it after he said they check all there bikes and they were OK by serial number, called ***** and gave them my serial number and year, was told mine had to be taken out and was not safe to drive, also called several other ***** dealership, said same thing, not to drive, could cause accident, pulled it uo on web sight, came back next week to get bike didn't do anything on pump, our call in ,to ***** my case wasn't open with them other dealership said they could do, picked up my bike was very upset, had still not have ridden it yet, they even charged me a fee of ****** for freight, bike was used, was said it was something else? Thought it was for being converted to trike, but later bike was converted awhile ago, and it was used, please understand I'm not trying to be a complainer, I was just mislead and sold a bad bike period, asked them for service record from when they got bike to me getting it, never did, I just spent alot of money, for nothing, just to buy another bike again. at my expense, I have all the proof and pictures if you need , they should be held responsible for misleading me on bike , what it was worth and selling me a warranty that wasn't good, and they even wanted me to pay extra for and up grade, warranty company still said I couldn't pull a trailer with it, canceled buying trailer, and any conversion period it's on contact, they finance didn't even know per him telling me if you buy a new ***** goldwing and converted it into a trike all warranty are no good? I would have not bought if known new our used, I gave them months to resolve, but only tried to make money on me, I looked at there web sight there 18 plus models are selling around 36 46 thousand dollars my had a new 23 back end trike added and only 4600plus miles didn't see anything lower miles at that time and at first only wanted to give me, ****** in ****,understand they are out there to make money, but not at my cost because of there mistakes and misrepresentation of this deal, they should be held responsible, it isn't fair, I my be a single person and they are a big company, but it shouldn't me they get away with it, if you need anything else please call me anytime, have a nice day, *********************** ************ *****************

I just wish I could come by your office, to show all you need to see, they are misleading you about alot of things about bike condition, damage, parts missing,I didn't ask for ****** dollars for trade not true they had ****** on bike headlight, that was was bike was worth, they did come down alot per them , I was about to say know, they were very rude, about my wife's thought about buying, I had to have her, thought, she was at work, was there almost all day until that night wanted me to sign contact before her thought and I could cancel in morning next day if she said no. SHE did, but in next morning they came down again price, I said ok, but you should not push a customer into a deal, she just didn't like Ride Now push a sale like they did, again they also charged me a freight charge of around ****** dollars for a used like, ? Said it was for something else and then it was for vehicle being converted to trike, was it new our used back in rear part of bike was added. on 23 road ***** trike, how can it be new with damage parts on rear bumper and loose missing parts, I was there the night they washed trike, service was closed, store was closing, and now one checked bike said they would do next day, I hope they have a video on site to see, again they should be held for there mistakes and misleading me, on alot of issues, it cost me time and money, been there 7 times trying to work things out that 130, miles each time I came by, I never saw service *********************** said he would take with me there never, and first general I talk to quit left not sure, never called our me , until 2 months later with new, manger, now he is saying some untruthful things, please understand, I hate what is going on I just wanted to get a ***** goldwing trike I always wanted, be went threw this, they should be held responsible period, why should I take the chance on a bike with low oil bad battery and damage and missing parts, they said it was just like new, ?? It getting very upset having to try to defend what is right and true,I haven't anything to hide, again like to come meet and show you all paperwork work I have, and some they didn't give me repair work and pre inspection, again thanks for you help, they should be held what they did, yes I did get another bike from another dealership, they were nice said they could fix and sit on bike for recall problems and anything else, with transmission noise problems, found out today ***** will not have it fixed until July,?? maybe, they should buy my new 2023 Indian percuit and give me at 2024 in trade, I know is sounds what? It is unfortunate that ******************** was unsatisfied with his vehicle purchase. We offered a far price for the Kawasaki traded in and an even better price for the ***** he purchased. As mentioned in our last response, ******************** was able to find a buyer for the ***** at a higher value than we were able to offer him. That's great! It is a testament to the deep discount price we agreed to sell it for due to an overstock of inventory at that time. We wish ******************** the best of luck, but we are unable to offer any further concession at this time.Customer response

As mentioned in our past responses, we offered to pay ******************** every dollar back for the purchase of this ***** if he wanted to trade or sell it back to **. We offered to match the amount paid, not pay him more than what was originally paid. He declined that offer.
No used vehicle can be guaranteed perfect. We inspect and recondition vehicles to a level acceptable for sale. Customer's are given a thorough walk around of their vehicle prior to taking delivery. If they do not address issues at that time, we cannot control what might occur after the vehicle is removed from our premises.
Dealer Suggested Retail is determined from **** and current auction trend data. Online resources that determine suggested vehicle values are available to customers as well. If ******************** had any doubt on the value of the vehicle at the time of purchase, he should have conducted additional due diligence prior to agreeing to the purchase. We cannot renegotiate after the sale, nor can we renegotiate on a vehicle he no longer owns. He has produced no hard evidence of a financial loss. We understand that he feels he is owed additional funds, but nothing provided to us shows any clear evidence of loss.
This vehicle was not sold directly to RideNow Ocala. We acquired this vehicle via a 3rd party reseller and had it shipped to ******* from out of state. Dealer freight, prep and DOC fees are valid.

Please excuse my typing some words spelling were wrong and phrases, like I said if any one at BBB would like to call me they can, I haven't anything to hide, ************, yes I thought I was getting a good deal after they said ***** goldwing trike was worth almost ****** , it was in sticker on front headlight, I did trade in in after 2month of trying to fix problems and repairs and warranty issues, I had to wait over 2 weeks for anyone to call me, and still they never called warranty company to resolve, damage and missing parts some things were ,were done adding oil and water that were low, how long not sure, just know I was there when I picked up bike oil and water wasn't checked only washed unit, I saw this, not to forget unit had wrong battery in it, I'm not trying to be a complainer, but I spent good money only to get wait, nothing they said was true about motorcycle condition, and damage and parts missing, finally after 1 1/2 months tried getting into another bike and I was going to take a lost on there problem and misrepresented motorcycle warranty, finance said he was sorry didn't know, doesn't do me any good if I would have problems in future, just was lucky/ unlucky ?? this happen so soon, but it cost me more money, to resolve, other dealership gave me what it put in first deal, and cost me around ***** more and they would fix things and working recall problem, along with engine noises, found out transmission only had to be reset with code ,told **********; general manager, how come they didn't know this, alot off these things could have been resolved if they just took time to go over motorcycle, along with broken damage parts , I think it's a bad thing to tell me after the sale bike isn't worth that much because we need to get rid of it because it being here to long, an me trying to sale it to another person and hiding the motorcycle problems, couldn't never do this, that's why I was stuck with it with them trying to resolve, they wanted to give less and me to make higher payments and interest rates, very high all together, and if I did at first no problems to them and more money in there pockets, but I couldn't, again I didn't cause this, I know I may be wasting my time with this, but what if it was you our anyone else, does the little person alway get the bad news, and be company's keep doing business, I'm just buying another motorcycle a 2 ******* again , one I just traded in a 2023 kawasaki for another 2 ******* at ****** more for what, makes no sense? Some of there employee's were very nice at there Indian motorcycle dealership next door but at ***** dealership there were very very pushy and rude, but at the final note it was the amount of money they could make understand this, but not a my expense if it was there fault putting a bike out there forsale with problems and a warranty that wasn't good from the start, again I can prove this with pictures and contract, it ***** said I was charged a freight bill of almost, ****** it think for what bike being shipped for what?? If so why was it damaged and parts missing. sent contract over and misc. Pictures awhile ago, so you can see what was wrong and missing and damage, I was a first trying to get a deal on my motorcycle I traded in and bought only to now just to be a normal deal now if you can understand this, dint have any equity it this new bike now, but will deal with it cause other dealership was honest and helped me and understood problems and would fix and deal with it, thanks for letting me tell you my thoughts, again I haven't anything to had, Ride Now should never put price stickers on motorcycles misleading what bike is worth, it's misleading and wrong and they need to be and make sure they know what there warranty covers, it can lead into these problems, just would like to see how they would fill if they were me and all was asked to be treated fair and take responsibility, things would have been fantastic and they would have gotten 5 plus stars from me,

There is one page of warranty that said warranty isn't any good and void if altered our pulling a trailer behind motorcycle, only covers a 2 ******* and on pulling a trailer period, this wrong and misleading and they should be held responsible for ne spending over ****** dollars for nothing, it's in back and white,

This is damage to left corner of motorcycle rear bumper, told them about it bumper was loose they tighten up at dealership when picked up, was told bike was like new no damage fantastic shape, didn't see this on sales bill it said freight charge so was it shipped this way to dealership our damaged at Ride Now Powersport, again was told it was new back in from road ***** trikes, but again warranty company had on ideal motorcycle was converted, just trying to show my side of this problem I didn't cause, oil stains on ground wasn't sure it was my bike I bought but was over 2 quarts low and water bike I tried to do deal with said if I would be happy if swap, said yes if I don't own anything, bike was older but just wanted it over and done, but wasn't done and think they just hoped I do this deal and owe more it's on paperwork, I do think they had thoughts of fixing there mistakes, they should gave being honest was just to give me my bike I trade in and we would have been OK and still would have given 3 stars for correcting there problems, again thanks, please fill free to call email me anytime, thanks, even ride now can call me to correct this I have problems with them doing so, and be honest, but not saying misleading things and saying I wante ****** trade in not true ,just told them what they said motorcycle trike was worth with upgrades. ***************** ************ ***** our anyone at Ride Now Ocala Florida can call me I would truly like to change 1 star to 5 Thanks. ********************;Customer response

I don't know what more we can say, our write up customer complaints were taken down on ride now powersport Ocala florida. Yes they did give us a good deal on motorcycle, but it had problems day we got it home, I never saw it inspected at dealership, it was only washed that night, they were closed and I picked it up next morning, again was told it was great shape and checked out ready to Ride, but that wasn't true, pictures of everything wrong damaged was showed to them, I took there word about everything, I never got to Ride motorcycle only around block a few times until problems happen, and when I sold to other dealership I told them of problems, about missing parts and tranmission making noises, recall and other things, but they still bought bike? Said they could fix ,I guess they saw something value wise I didn't see and could sit on it until fixed, I was told again by ***** corporate and other dealership besides ride now powersports not to Ride until recall was fix, and as this day not resolve by ***** yet, I had to bring it up to Ride Now Powersports about recall ,they never told me but yet they had checked there ***** goldwing at there store but didn't check my, when I came to pick up my motorcycle, left it there a week again and no info still until I finally got tired of it wall after almost 2 months of back and fourth, on problems with bike damages, parts missing and now recall, and deal on other motorcycle only trying to make them money on a problem bike they sold me and a warranty that wasn't good from the start, what would have happen in a year later our more if dealership went out of business and I may have moved to try to get something fixed under warranty only to find out it wasn't any good and only for a 2 ******* motorcycle not a 3 ******* trike, I would have been in trouble, trying not to use bad words, yet they say I should have checked bike out before buying, but yet they can sale me a bad warranty and mislead me on bike condition and price of motorcycle value, again some of pictures and letters sent to you can prove this, I didn't wait months to tell them of problems on bike I called next day I got it, took 2 weeks to call me back, been there 7 times trying to work things out 150 miles per trip, I think I tried alot, maybe if they came to my home to work things out they would fell they way we felt, hurt and ashamed of a business doing this to a good and future customer, we were getting ready to buy 2 more motorcycle from them if things worked out, also again it motorcycle was used why did we get a freight charge and if it was just added on rear trike from Road ***** trike why was it damaged, missing parts, and low on water and oil and tranmission making noises ,again we recored it and sent all this to Ride Now, they also told you they got it from a 3 party , was it new our used, I have no ideal. It just had problems and should have not been sold this way, out fixed and taken care of not 2 months, warranty should have been fixed next day, alot of this would have been resolved from start knowing I had a warranty to fix these problems now and in future. Yeas again I would have gotten into another motorcycle, tried to with there Indian dealership side, but if you look a paperwork I got didn't want to give me much on trade in, after they said it was almost a ****** trike, taked to one person and Indian dealership, couldn't do any better price ,told they talked to head up in office, couldn't do anything better, but yet always someone else said to come in an lets talk, again?? felt we were going in circles until we got tired, I hope this wasn't there plan, the strange thing is there Indian dealership said to get out of that motorcycle had to many problems with it and we will put you into one of ours, would you do deal if we keep same price and monthly payments, I said yes,yes let's do it, buy only it went higher price and payment, even thought on headlight bike I had wa retail almost ****** dollars pet there word and other motorcycle we looked at were way, less, if this was true , do deal and sale my motorcycle to someone else, you have a win win don't you think, I truly think this is consumer fraud and misleading and valued of bike, warranty and condition, and if this ***** goldwing trike was just built and shipped our bought from a 3 party person and a dealership our tike conversion dealership ? also ***** General manager got into this problem only after almost 2 months, saying he could try to help only after alot of other employees said the same things along with other general manager before him, can you see why we got fed up, we spent alot of money time days and driving only to get back into a 2 ******* motorcycle that we just traded in a 2023 kawasaki Vulcan, that was fantastic shape,We truly wanted a trike and worked hard for it, It cost me more money to get into this new motorcycle and it's OK, heavy but OK, if they like they can sale me a 2024 Indian percuit permium motorcycle for same price and monthly payment 300 per 5 years our give me ***** dollars I had to pay extra and I resolve this matter and be happy to give them 5 stars, I'm not trying to demand this it's fair, after me being mislead and sold a bad motorcycle, period, can't they see it on video and paperwork I sent to BBB and them RIDE Now Powersport Ocala *******, again if you need to call me I haven't anything to hide our mislead you our Ride Now Powersport, both of you can call anytime, thanks for you taking time to help me, with this, again we only wanted to get a trike motorcycle and enjoy it and have some fun ridding, have a blessed day both of you, sorry it wording is misspelled and working lines, did my best. ********************; ***************** ************

Just like to add somethings they said they checked 2018/2023 ***** goldwing trike were is a cost to fix parts that were missing, and damaged, they had to see these things if motorcycle was checked good I couldn't have seen these things unless I changed oil and added new spark plugs and did general inspection on motorcycle, I again just spend ****** plus more to get into this motorcycle, just for nothing plus another ***** to buy another motorcycle at another dealership for ********************* again, what a waste, just would like to see how they would fell if they were in my place, I gave them plenty of time to resolve this and only was fowared to another person, but was always said by person before that they have went to to person to work this out, again some of the employees tried to help and were nice but they could do anything else, also I say on contract that bike was had a retail price of around ****** and but yet on headlight retail price was around ****** they even said these, but changed these items on paperwork, I'm not making is up why on contract would they do this but then later tell me motorcycle isn't worth ****** and mislead value of motorcycle to me, again all this can be showed if you need, I'm fighting with this because I truly fill they mislead me and consumer fraud is present here, again bike wasn't checked out good and damage and loose parts were shown and warranty was on good from start, they look at rear bumper pictures you can see bumper is loose and other pictures shows it much closer when pushed by had showing it's loose and caused damage, they should resolve this and take responsibility, even thought I have another motorcycle now, I just bought another 2 ******* and was stuck with a problem motorcycle, thank my luck another dealership step in to help ,again thanks for listening to my side I haven't anything to hide,

Here are extra pictures thought you may like, damages problems with my motorcycle and other goldwings out there, just got off phone with Road ***** trike motorcycle was built there for ride now powersport for one of there other dealership on July of 2023 bought motorcycle here, again motorcycle was there how long in Ocala Florida not sure, but how can it have missing parts damage and problems if just built not so long ago ? On my first paperwork I wasn't charged freight cause it being used and then later in office being charged, was this a new our use bike sold our rear added on , understand this ,but if so why the damage and parts missing and water oil low and tranmission problems and later recall on fuel pump, here are some more picture ,hope you understand what I went threw, again this could gave been fixed in just a few days,but they delayed this and wanted to profit from there mistakes they should take responsibility of this , I'm out alot of money,only to just to buy another 2 ******* motorcycle that I already had a very nice one I traded in, they can resolve this by doing ther right thing and take a little lost this time, thanks very much again you and ride now powersport can always call me our email me anytime, thanks. *********************** ***************** ************Customer response

Here is some more info of misleading things of warranty coverage and pre inspection they should have fixed, units was converted around 6 months before I bought 2018/2023 ***** goldwing trike, so was it new when I purchased it, our was it used, ?? Any way a bought a 3 year warranty per them saying it would be a good ideal in having one, so I did, after purchasing it and finding out days later it wasn't any good, they never told me I had a warranty on trike kit,conversion called Road ***** trike and said it only covered trike kit only not front and if anything happened, to front they wouldn't cover, and also called warranty company I bought from Ride Now Powersport they said it would only cover bike when it was a 2 ******* only and not a 3 ******* trike , so not covered, period?? But both if them said if damaged was caused my other section they wouldn't cover and if damaged was caused by extra weight wouldn't be covered period, so it seemed I would be in a catch 23 problem, also warranty was for 3 years with Ride Now warranty Noth Star and Road ***** would only be for 2 and a half year, but if you can see warranty for trike had bee used for 6 months already for someone else not me?? and warranty was for 3 year with Ride Now Powersport, but wasn't any good from the start, so isn't this misleading and consumer fraud, it seems to me, this is way they should be held responsible, I put in from start to end after getting rid of motorcycle around ****** dollars for only getting back into a 2 ******* motorcycle that I had from the start, also picture shows bad rust on rear brakes I had to get fixed because of to heavy wear rust on drums was eating into brake pads, was told by sales all they used bikes some of them were kept outside, if this was true then it was out side for quite a long time, for a motorcycle being worth around ****** dollars that's not good and very crazy to me, I would have never done this, again I'm just trying you to see the misleading and bad things that I went three and other customers said on there web site, please again you and Ride now can always call our email me thanks. *********************** ***************** ************

I bought an aftermarket warranty from RideNow got them to install the exhaust system on my polaris slingshot R 2020 I provided the exhaust system paid ****** for the installation is where my complaint started done unprofessional and not within spec. On 4 Nov 2023 I purchased a 2013 ***** Goldwing from RideNow PowerSports in Ocala Fl. for a base price of $11,599.00. When they added everything up the total was $20,297.26. I had driven 5 hours to get there and had been there all day. At that point I was very tired and just wanted to get home. When I looked at the paper work I called back to RideNow and asked that they remove some of those add ons, which they have not at this time. They also have not sent the paper work to my tag office. It has been over two months now and I am unable to buy a tag. I have attempted to contact the Finance Manger, Store Manger, and Title Officer all I got was their voice mail box which I gave my name and number with all of them and no one would call me back.Business response

Me and my fianc purchased a 2023 wake pro 170 jetski with a trailer from here not only were we lied to during the process many times, but we were charged $3,106 for parts we never received or asked for and the single jet ski trailer we was over charged, I checked the sticker price of one out there and it was $1100 and we was charged ***** seems like a h*** of a Registration fee, I dropped the ski off for its first oil change we was told the first one was free another lie $200 oil change and then the icing on the cake I picked it up today both feet ***** full of water and leaves with animal pall prints all over it mind you Im in debt over 20k for this jetski and you treat it like that. we was told we would have monthly payment of $360 a month but we were financed thru two completely different companies ******************** for just the ski a total of $16,036 17% interest and then brp city bank card for $5,623 our monthly payment on this thing is just under $600 a month almost double what they told us! I called and spoke with them but get furious on the phone when they play dumb and say well you signed this and that and this I get it I signed it but they never explained anything other than the one payment of $360 and rush to get it all signed and out the door. I called ride now after I dropped it off for the oil change to see what they would give me for the ski and Id pay the difference to just get rid of it I was told I had to come in and talk to the sales guy and so I did and they said they werent buying anything something about they just received an email telling them not to buy any machines so why did I haft to come in for you to tell me that seems very shady and I will not just tuck my tail and deal with it something needs to be done about this company its a scam for sure.Business response

04/2022 I purchased a Polaris sportsman highlifter 850 for 12,000$. I decided I wanted to see if they would buy it back, I called them and they told me to fill out the online form to appraise it which I did they came back and said $6000 I let them know I did owe $7200 and they advised me to bring it in. I brought it in and they offered me 4500$. They said the price from 1 week ago when I did the appraisal online has changed and now its 4500$. It has low hours 99 and miles 730. Its barely been used and Im sure they would list it for 10,000$. I was asking 6500$ and there was nothing they would do. So now Im asking they take it back and pay off the full amount. I was misled and I rented a truck to drive 2 hours there, a trailer and gas there and back. That was 1000$ throw away because of false promises.Business response

Offers are only valid for a certain timeframe due to changes in market and availability. We re-ran a new offer online and advised the customer of the new offer amount. She did not accept that offer. I December we purchased 2017 rzr and 2019 sportsman. Rzr price was 18999 and sportsman was 11999. We did not receive signed copies of contract at sale. On June 3 I called RN to obtain contract with my signature, I was denied. The rzr loan was for 28953.98 total sale price 41874. Sprtmn payoff 12150. We took delivery on Dec 29th. On Jan 5th I called RN and said there was a problem with rzr clutch. RN would not check it out. On Jan 21 while riding in our yard engine light came on rzr. Took to RN Ocala. They replaced front diff. Front cv axles and colling fan. Was finished last week in March. We took vacation out of country. Drove it 1st time last week in April. Took to RN May 6th clutch was bad on rzr. Sportsman 4x4 not working and overheating. We just wanted both fixed properly. Rzr covered under warranty sptsmn was not. RN refused to repair sptsmn but would completely pay off for trade on new 23 sptsmn. Once again after not getting new contract until 2 weeks later. They added 2k to new 23 loan. 23 price 16899, 25788 fianced. Now we owe 54k on vehicles we just want out of for no cost to us. This experience has been the worst I have ever had, even worse than 2 divorces. They misrepresent prices and service in all aspects. 54k financed for 36k of price with 3k down. 6k in parts added to rzr contract after was bought. When nothing was done to it. We have paid all payments on time since Dec 22. 1 week after trading the 19 sprtmn was 12599 making 2k on my loan and 2.5k on new prospective sale. 4.5k for not fixing the problem. Being a F rated business should be classified as criminal business. Time after time complaints from people and nothing is done. Allowing them to continue is also a crime. The customers came in and wanted to trade in both machines. We were only able to trade them out of one machine as they had too much negative equity in the other machine to be able to make a deal. The General Manager personally spoke with the customer and no one at the store is aware of any other issues addressed by the customer at that time.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: On December 5th the initial date we purchased the 17 rzr and 19 sprtmn. We asked them to make sure both vehicles were in full working condition. The sprtsmn was not even running at the time of purchase. 3 weeks later we took possession of both vehicles. Out 1st ride the rzr was jeering and clanking around.
I took it back to RN they would not even look at the machine, they said they all do that. 2week later our first trail ride sprtmn belt broke in the 1st 2 miles. I fixed np. Rzr overheated and I took to RN. I asked them to please look at colling fan and front cv axles. The fan axles and differential were all fixed. Again we asked them to make sure it was in proper working order. 3 weeks later we rode both again. This time the rzr belt broke in 1st mile. I repaired again broke in first mile. We rode sprtmn for 30 min. Started overheating and 4x4 not working. Again took rzr and sptsmn to RN. Asked them to check rzr clutch and sprtmn issues. RN refused to look at sprtsmn as it was bought as is. This I when Andy said I could trade in 19 for 23 sprtsmn. For 0 down. In the end rzr clutch bad repaired. 23 sprtsmn had 2k in neg equity added to loan and I owned it 5 months. We are scared to ride anything now as we feel they will break again even in our yard. This experience has been worse than divorces I have experienced. They sold us none working junk to begin with. Now they are asking the same for 19 sprtsmn and nothing is fixed on it. I payed payments for 5 months and they added 2k to my new loan so they made 3k from me for nothing. I would like 3k taken off my loan for good reason. They can even meet me in the middle. 1.5k on gift card will satisfy my issues. They swindled me 2 times. Poor customer service, bad sales of non working used products. From all the issues we have had. I regret all of this transaction. I would never do this again especially with this company. Very bad rating with BBB and you can see from complaints from lots of others.

On 04/07/2023, Took my bike to the dealership due to a mechanical issue . Spoke with Alfred in service, and was told my bike would be serviced on 04/10/2023. On the 17th I get a call from Alfred stating my bike has no compression , and they need an “authorization” to tear the bike down on top of paying $1800 for the “tear down” . When I purchased the bike I also added in the (DIAMOND COVERAGE) extended warranty, with a $0 deductible . After stating I’m not paying $1800 for a “tear down” & that’s what the warranty was for , I was told that “he’s been trying to get in contact with the warranty but no answer.” I called myself and went straight through . After another 2 days , I called the dealership asking to speak to a manager and was told he was on “vacation”. So another service rep told me that I was to pay around $850 for tear down NOT 1800 that I was originally told. I get a call back again from Alfred on 04/21/2023 saying I’d have to pay $1000 . I’ve heard 3 different numbers and haven’t gotten anywhere . The extended warranty company stated to me that they spoke to Alfred in service and all he’s saying is he’s waiting on me to authorize them to move forward , NOTHING about paying money. The extended warranty company said I don’t pay ANYTHING to dealership , they only need authorization to move forward. They don’t know where the $1800 , $1000, or 850 is coming from . Although we do our best to submit detailed claim information to our warranty providers, not all repairs are eligible for coverage. Because of this, we collect costs associated with diagnostic and tear down of vehicles in the event of a denied claim. If the claim and repair costs are covered by warranty providers, all funds are returned to the customer without delay. We have had additional conversations with the customer and have agreed to proceed with all parties fully understanding the terms and conditions of services performed.Initial Complaint

Won an item through an online auction and RideNow will not stand behind the purchase of the bike. There was no reserve / no minimums. I won the auction and the website confirmed I was the highest bidder when the auction clock hit zero but Ride Now will not sell me the bike at the agreed price that I won the action at.
