  Filled out information online regarding a subscription for a "dedicated recruiter" and a guaranteed 25 resumes within 30 days for Physical Therapists. The owner, Kyle Y****** called me minutes later offering my the upgraded version at a lower cost of $150 and confirmed this guarantee. Shortly after taking my payment, I logged on and posted my jobs. Then the site said it was under construction and was not going to accurately post jobs. Then I let a week go by - crickets. I contacted Kyle and asked him to refund my money as this was clearly a bait and switch operation. He called me and told me he would extend the subscription without charge to have more time to find resumes. I never received 1 resume depsite their "guarantee". I tried to call and email Kyle and received no response. I looked up his business to find that it's not properly registered with the Secretary of State in FL or here. He also is operating out of a PT Clinic in Ocala, FL that will not pick up their phone. Kyle emailed me on March 15th saying he refunded the total and I would see it in 5-7 business days. It's been 10 business days - nothing. I emailed asking to confirm receipt of refund - nothing. I called today to see where we stand - no response. This guy is a FRAUD and needs to be stopped.

  Our apologies to Ms. ****** for the issues she experienced with our company.  Our parent company, GNR Health Systems, Inc. has been active in Florida since 1988.

  Kyle Y***** is not the owner of PTJOBS.com but rather a temporary recruiter that is no longer with our company.  It is true that our website has been and is still under reconstruction and that should have been disclosed to you upon your initial conversation with us.  

  I am fully refunding the $199.00 payment that was made on February 17, 2023 and would like to offer Ms. ****** the opportunity to run her ads gratis for the next 3 months. 

  Again my apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.
