      Ive sent multiple emails requesting an update on my order placed on June 3rd. Ive emailed the company at ***************************** and ********************************* The first email was sent on June 15th. I did receive a response on June 15th that they would check my order and get back with me. I never received an update. I reached out again on June 17th, 20th, and July 2nd. Ive also called, sent a text message to ************. Im unable to leave to a message. *** also sent a DM on Instagram and left comments under social media posts. All of which have gone without a response. My credit card has been charged for $129.98. Its now over a month, and I have not received any notification that the products have even shipped. At this point, Im either looking for a shipping update or I want a refund, but I cannot get a response. My next step is to contact my bank for fraud.

      I ordered a wood stove that was incorrect. I canceled the order right away . They had charged me as soon as I ordered. So I emailed them to cancel the order . I have sent them multiple emails and they have only told me that they are sending my request to the finance team . I have not received a refund . They are ignoring my emails and calls .

      This is completely unacceptable. It seems as I have been scammed be the website.  I still have not received any communication from them . They continue to ignore my calls and emails.  They are also operating under an expired ******* llc. .and have no physical address.

      They link back to an address in ********** that is a house . 

      The phone number listed on their site is not a working number .

      I ordered a woodstove on November 9th 2023. I canceled the order on November 16th. The only refunded ***** to affirm were I was supposed to make the payments to. I have been trying call and email them daily since the 17th. They are ignoring me on all attempts. Affirm is now looking for payment. The order was canceled and the product was never received. Please help!!

      Only ***** out of 2,149'oo has been refunded.  The balance still shows ******** remaining on my affirm account. These are some of the emails in my attempts to settle this.  Sorry if I duplicated them I also have phone call longs trying to attempt the only provided customer service number with no answer!!

      I have attached a screenshot where you can see and the customer that the refund has been made in fully.

      If the customer is still reporting that he has not received the money than I do recommend to talk to Shopify support or with his bank.

       

      There is nothing more I can do for this case at the moment.
