Worse experience I ever had with a car rental company. When I arrived it was a remote site. You talked to a customer service representative online. I was asked to pay additional fees or go elsewhere. $60 for coverage even though I had credit card and insurance coverage. And additional coverage while booking through Expedia. Deposit of $250 for liability told it was Florida State law. Also $10 a day for toll fees. When in fact I paid the toll fees 75 cents each time and got receipts. Not a good experience, enough to make me rally to close this company down. By spreading the word on social media. How cumbersome we have this in the **.... They are treating us like a third world company!

Right Cars Global Rentals IS A SCAM! We booked a while ago for 30 dollars. Our flight got delayed and when we finally made our way to their office there wasnt a soul actually there. There were televisions that said press here and they connected us with a lady with a headset. We were told because we were late (out of our control) that we would get no car and we could not rebook! I truly believe that they didnt let us rebook because they didnt even have anything to give us. They are completely deceptive and I thjnk the real money they make is on the massive fees that others have complained of being charged in other comments below. I dont understand why people make scam businesses answer never plan to give the services promised. I truly believe that the lady on the screen may have been third party as well. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked it through a website that rhymes with ********* and it is truly a scam Im glad we didnt get a car there and Im scared for folks who will rely on them with their last dollars. Purposely fraudulent behavior taking advantage of folks looking for a deal.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!I wanted to give NO star ? if I COULD They get you by offering the lowest price for the rental car, but when you pick up the **** they want to charge you for everything. There are NO real person there only through a screen..You can't use coverage from the credit card compy offered not your own car insurance They ALL had some additional fees!! They also force you to use their toll pass,. $9/day + tax whether you want or not. SCAM AND FRAUD!! AVOID THIS COMPANY They get you by offering the lowest price for the rental car, but when you get there they want to charge you for everything and they sell your credit card information! BEWARE When I rent from a rental car, I can use rental car insurance coverage from my credit card. They had some additional fees if I wanted to do that. I also tried my car insurance coverage and the fees were higher. At the end I had to purchase additional insurance from them and it was $75 for 3 days. They also wanted to charge for use of toll pass, they make it sounds that there is no option but to pay for a toll pass, but knowing that it's not necessary to use tolls I declined the options given. Anyone who is not familiar with the area would understand that it's necessary. Finally, they scan your credit card and pretty sure that they sold my credit card information because it happened to me and another family member that rented from them the same day. We got a charge from Nigeria a couple of days later. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Run away from this company!!! I booked a car with them thru ******* and it was listed as an airport pickup. I arrived around 10pm to there being closed and NOT onsite at the airport. I had to book with another agency that was actually at the airport. They still charged me for the car and refuses to return my money. They and ******* are trash in my eyes. Please run the other way!!!

When I put gas and was ready to head to the airport the car wouldn’t start. I called the customer number and they said keep trying to start it…this happens to all ford fiestas it’s a common occurrence. The customer service rep didn’t allow me to speak to a manager and said I had to send an email. Luckily I was able to get the vehicle to start after 20 attempts. I’m sure it’s the alternator. Absolutely worst experience in renting a vehicle!!

I do not recommend using this company. Charged me $250 for vacuuming Florida beach sand out of 4 floor rugs. Lowered to $150 when I disputed the charge via email which I still think is price gouging. I offered to pay $25 which they declined. I opened a case with Priceline, trying to get a news channel in Orlando to investigate this company and their price gouging, disputing it with my credit card company and will be filing a complaint with the Florida Consumer Protection Agency. Renters beware. This was a virtual check-in where I was not presented the fine print or told about a cleaning fee. The rental agreement was emailed to my phone which I did not look at during my vacation as I've rented several cars in the past and vacuuming the floor carpets was considered a normal cleaning. But not with this company. Had I known there would be a exorbitant cleaning fee involved, I would have paid $2 at the gas station and vacuumed it myself. Disabled vet here and every dollar counts, especially these days. This unexpected and unwarranted charge definitely puts a dent in my budget. Will not use again. $150 to vacuum 4 mats is price gouging and stealing my money!

Do not rent (or attempt to rent) from this disgusting company. This company advertised the lowest price on *********** for a rental, they advertised that the car and rental counter was on-site in airport, (no shuttle required) and upon completion and payment of the reservation they said no money was due at pickup. ALL LIES!!! I was in need of an onsite rental because my wife is wheelchair bound and most shuttles do not have wheel chair accessible vans. To my surprise when i arrived at the airport the rental center was offsite and a shuttle was necessary and of course their shuttle was not wheel chair accessible. I decided i would leave my wife alone with our luggage in the airport and just deal with the misrepresentation and go get the rental and return and pick her up from the airport. After a 45 minute wait for the shuttle and a 20 minute ride to the rental counter I was then told that my reservation required me to pay an additional $220 and a $1000 deposit! The original reservation was only $32!!! I had my own insurance, I had my own Sun Pass and the attendant said that it would cost more to use my own insurance and that i was not allowed to use my own Sunpass for tolls. I told him my insurance covers everything rental related and without even looking at the insurance which I had a copy of the policy with me he said it doesn't cover loss of use. My policy actually did cover loss of use for up to 90 days but he wouldn't even look at it. To rent from enterprise for the same time period was only $78 and I got a better car and it was actually located in the airport. It would have cost me the additional $220 plus the original $32 I had already paid, nearly 3x the established enterprise car rental company. I even went online the day before and did the full pre-check-in online so I could make sure that there was no "catch

Through **********.com website we booked a car with Right Cars in Fort Lauderdale,Fla. The car was pre-paid for at the booking. Apparently, They have a term which states if you don't pick up the vehicle at the time stated or contact them if your late they consider it a now show......they do NOT provide a car and KEEP your pre paid money. I would not recommend using Right Cars car rental or the website **********.com . These terms and conditions are misleading as being a few hours late to pick up a reserved car which has been already paid for (for the week) is poor business practice.
