I am a disabled veteran. I am forced to order online to grocery stores and convenience stores.. when I order from 7-Eleven app, it is supposed to be convenient however, it is not. I am unable to change stores, so I reluctantly placed an order.. the store immediately goes to 7-Eleven ************************************************************ Phone number: ************. I receive alerts on the status and that it has been delivered., I never received the order. I have called 7-Eleven corporate office many times and it takes days to get a refund. There is never an investigation done or complaint on the driver nor the store. Again I have paid over $20 for an order and I never received the order. I have cameras and no one never drives to the house on the camera footage so I know for a fact it is not being delivered. This is very inconvenient. Especially since some people are disabled, and forced to obtain food items this way. I truly believe this something needs to be done to resolve this issue through management or to eliminate this store for delivery.
