I stayed at the establishment for 3 days/2 nights (9/19 to 9/21) where I paid the balance of the booking upfront via a work perk program ultimately booked through *******. A week later the hotel charged me $427 and some change for the booking. When I called the hotel for an explanation they advised it was a billing error on their end and they meant to bill that amount to *******. A week goes by and the charge remains on my card after being advised it was an error and they would correct it. After numerous phone calls with no answer and emails with vague responses and further guidance that the issue will be resolved, it's been over a month later and they have yet to correct an error they admitted. The customer service has been a nightmare to deal with, even with a "director of finance" emailing me about this. This is inexcusable and has been a massive inconvenience for what was otherwise a common and problem free hotel visit.Initial Complaint

I stayed at this resort booking over 7 suites costing over $10,000. We were treated unfairly and were not given an ounce of respect. The hotel would call us when we were not there to file complaints about our stay. We sat in the lobby one night as a family talking and the night time manager was okay with this and the day time manager reprimanded us and threatened to kick us out. The rooms are not attached the the main portion of the building so we were not bothering anyone.
