On August 29, 2022 I signed a contract with the law office of Juan A****** L*****, to get their services on a immigration case that I had pending (family petition). I paid 3 different payments as an initial payment. They request $1,000, then 2 more payments of $500 and $500 to complete $2,000 of attorney's fees. They do all payments through Zelle because in that way the customer can ask for a charge back on their credit cards, very convenient for them. Well since the beginning of my contract with them nothing worked as it should be, I have been always calling them to check out if they are working on the case, my last call with them was in December as I requested to move forward and have a final solution to the case. They haven't contacted me for this whole time (4 almost 5 months). Yesterday I spoke with a person on the financial side, but there is no answer to my request for a refund of the money they owe me since they never sent anything to USCIS as they wrote on the contract. I tried to call them multiple times, there was no answer, they just declined my calls, no one knew what to do, this is really frustrating and so embarrassing to be begging to get my money back. Nothing that they have wrote on the contract is true.Customer response

The Law office gave me an answer after multiple calls and arguing over the phone with them over 3 weeks, non stop calling and texting with different people.
It was not the answer I was expecting, but at least I can move forward.
You can close the case now, but to be honest the customer service they provide is awful. They don't have customer service at all. As you can tell they even haven't replied back to you, and their promises to the client are not true.
I really appreciate your help and all the communication regarding this matter.
