      Corksickle has terrible customer service and faulty products. The only reason why I have to give them a star is because my review would not post otherwise. I ordered da Corksickle 32 ounce canteen in a color that I was super excited about receiving. They sent the wrong color. Then I finally received the correct color. Several months later the top got damaged when I dropped it. All I wanted was another top so I emailed the company only to NEVER hear back from them. Suffice it to say, I searched online for a compatible top not to find anything. ********* doesn't even offer a replacement on their website! Even if they did, I would be afraid to order it because I probably wouldn't get it. I cannot believe that a company that began with so much momentum is this lacking in customer support.

      Hello - We do not have any email on file from ****************** since 6/2023 which was surrounding at CORKCICLE Mug issue, not a 32oz Canteen issue. We have not heard from Pheodra and if we had, we would have responded. I suspect that Phedora may be spelling our email incorrectly as the above complaint spells CORKCICLE CorkSICle which is incorrect, so they were emailing our ********************************** email with the incorrect spelling of CORKCICLE then we would not have received their email or the opportunity to fix the solution.

      Terrible customer service. I bought 2 kids cups for my children. Upon opening the order my sons blue cup wouldn't **** anything up through the straw. It is defective! The cup never even got to be used! I contacted customer service and provided everything asked of me. They initially responded, but it has now been over a month and I have been ghosted by the company. My 2 year old son can't use his new cup and is upset that his sister got one and he didn't. Very frustrated mama!

      We have not received an email from ************************** only ************************** Both review emails that have been sent were responded to by our agents. *** responded on April 2nd at 11:29am with no response and again to a 2nd review on May 5th at 11:07am without a response. Perhaps the emails are going to ************************* and ************************* vs the email used to submit this claim: ************************* We have responded twice with no further action on the customers end.

      We responded to the customer on 2/7/2023 at ******* from our ********************************** but it appears that the customer never followed up. There is a high chance that our email found its way into their spam box. Until we hear back from the customer we are unable to further assist. There isn't an option to upload the email, but happy to provide it if needed!

      Horrible experience, stay away! I placed an order when they had a sale, then realized the item didn’t add to cart for that sale of buy one get one 1/2 off after i had placed the order. I looked for a place to cancel the order.. it wasn’t there.. there is a “get in contact with us immediately” if you see something is wrong with your order statement after i paid. So i did. They didn’t respond in a timely manner and now saying that it is at a point in the shipping process where they can not alter it or cancel it. They say they can’t alter prices for me to purchase the item separately. I’m not getting the sale i intended to get because their customer service is only available Monday through Friday at inconvenient hours and their website isn’t designed for the customer to cancel an order right after being placed... even though it says cancel your order if something is wrong. I’ve gone back and forth with them about the issue and trying to buy the item separately and no luck whatsoever. Just wasting my time with a bunch of “unfortunately”…. Ive made a mistake in trying to support their brand as they aren’t available to support their customers when their website is open. Just a horrible experience.

      **** ** ********** ****** I bought the mugs at Kohls and treated them with utmost care trying to be a good human that cares about reducing my imprint on earth. The mugs started peeling on the sides and handles and became an eyesore. They are probably not safe to use considering the coating comes off. I reached out to customer service and left voicemails with no response. Then I used my cell and they texted me. After documenting everything for them including pictures they said it passed their 366 day warranty period. SO ARE THESE DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS??? I feel scammed because I paid $35 for each mug thinking that it would help save some trees by using a reusable mug. Now I feel ripped off by the company and that there products are not durable. If this was a $10 mug than I could understand but it is supposed to be premium. From what I have seen it is not good quality. Peeling coating made of god knows what should not be acceptable on a $35 mug. Now it is a piece of garbage. I wish people would know so they don't buy things thinking they are being good to the environment...but instead the nondurability creates a negative environmental impact if you have to throw out the mug every year.

      Was given one of their tumblers as a retirement gift 4 months ago. Paint is peeling off. Always hand washed. Sent them pictures of it. Horrible durability. Looks like crap.
      Filed a warranty claim. Denied because I didn't have a receipt. It was a gift from someone at a large retirement party so I didn't have a receipt.
      They do not stand behind their products. I sent them pictures of the lousy finish.
      Was offered a 20% discount on a future purchase. Big deal. I would like a replacement
