I was quoted $435 for my 2006 Saturn. I got a better offer so they matched $525. The driver took and sent photos and said they would contact me to confirm the value. They would pay $345 because a) title is electronic. b) catalytic converter is not original c) wheels arent aluminum a manager agreed to the original $435. I accepted the $435 but told them I still want a call back resolution. I reached the owner ***** and explained the questions I was ******** you have the title? No, its electronic. I was told thats fine. Does it run? No Has keys? Yes Is the engine in it? Yes Catalytic converter? Yes Battery? Not sure. Then I asked how much a missing battery would affect the value and I was told $25. I then confirmed that its $525 unless the battery is missing in which case the value is $500 and I was told that was correct.I let ***** know I was told the electronic title was no problem, I am the second owner and had no idea if the catalytic converter was original and not only was I not asked but I also wasnt told when I clarified the amount of money I would receive. In addition, nobody asked me if the wheels were aluminum or steel. They had the year, make and model and never asked me that over the phone so I let him know it feels like bait and switch.***** replied that the agreed price is just an estimate and it depends on the condition and most people dont know enough about their car so they dont ask so they value other items when they get there! I told him I should have been given a range of value to which he replied Nobody would say yesI let him know That Is The Definition of Bait and Switch! and he said that is the way he does *********** paraphrase: that is the same as saying people are dumb and we just agree to a price then actually determine the value after we get out there.The car did have the battery installed in it.I expect to be paid the addition $90 that I was told I would receive.Initial Complaint

On 2/19/2023 Orlando auto sales & recycling picked up a car and completely destroyed my yard, tried to rectify with the business and ignored all my messages.Business response

We had the opportunity to speak directly with Mr. ******* about the damage did to his front yard and we were able to find a solution to this issue.
