On November 6, 2023, WFG Homes started phase 1 of my bedroom/bathroom remodel. As per our contract, I made the initial deposit of $8,631.97 on November 3, 2023, and made a second payment of $12,947.96 on November 28, 2023. *********************** and ********************* advised me to not pull a permit because it would delay everything, and it would be more costly for them. I didn't understand the implications that would cause so I agreed with them.They have gutted both of my bathrooms but have not finished work on them. *********************** ignored every attempt I have made to understand the timeline and costs of this project, and has left my bathroom without a vanity, sinks, mirrors, lights, and shower door. My other bathroom is completely gutted and has tile work to be completed. There is no toilet, vanity, sinks, mirrors, or the shower head system and doors.Also, they have installed solid bamboo flooring in my bedroom, however, the work done was sloppy and they left glue all over the new flooring. I have asked them to please finish the job in my bedroom and bathroom before proceeding to phase 2 of the project, which is remodeling the other two bedrooms in my home. As of yesterday, December 14, 2023, both *********************** and ********************* have ignored my phone calls, text, and voice messages requesting that they finish phase 1 before proceeding to the next steps. ****** sent me a voice audio (in Portuguese) saying that they will resume work once I send them more money ($8,631.97). While I'm not refusing payment, I don't feel comfortable giving them more money before phase 1 is completed. I have asked ********************* to please give me a timeline of when the work for phase 1 (which is the remodel of my master bedroom suite and the second bathroom) will be completed so we can move forward with everything.I need help because I have not received any phone calls or any other form of communication from this company.
