I ended up buying my first car here and it was the most easy experience ever. Since it was my first time I didn't know what car I wanted so the finance managers Xander and ******** and the owner **** did help me find the best car for me while also working with my budget. The process wasn't complicated at all and they all helped me through the whole process explaining everything to me. Great experience couldn't recommend a better dealer than this one!!!Review from tyler m

I recently purchased a car from Florida credit acceptance, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.Xander was fantasticpatiently answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect vehicle that suited my needs. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, without any pressure. The transparency and honesty they demonstrated were truly appreciated.The dealership itself is well-organized and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The financing process was straightforward, and I felt confident that I was getting a fair ******* thrilled with my new car and would highly recommend Florida Credit Acceptance to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Do not buy a car here!!! My wife and I put a deposit of $2,000 down on a ****** Sentra and made sure to get the best warranty possible for our 16 year old son. 5 days later the car broke down and we had to have it towed to our mechanic who informed us that the transmission was absolutely shot and it would be almost $6000 to replace it. The salesman ****** ignored every phone call and attempt we made to reach out to him. *************************, who we think is the owner, and collected the $2000 deposit from us told us that we are on our own and he would not assist us with any warranty issues, and refused to cancel the contract and refund our $2000, leaving us with no other choice, but to make an automobile fraud case against this dealership. This will probably take all year to resolve. Weve also had to reach out to *** action news and the Better Business Bureau in attempt to prevent other people like us from getting burned by this company. They do not care about their customers or the quality of the car they are selling. Dont trust this company or the employees working there. Complete nightmare.
