I booked a **** rental on 9/24/22 and that day I also paid for the rental through the **** site in full $3531.34. The cancellation policy was a full refund if you cancel before January 2, 2023. I cancelled on December 31,2022. I did not hear from the host after 2 days so I called her, Anna P*** at ************** on 1/2/23 to confirm she did get the cancellation. She texted me asking for my name, the address of the rental, and what the issue was, so I did. There was no response so I called on my husbands phone and she did answer but stated she was in a meeting and would look into it and call me back. She has never called me back. I involved ****. Called them 5 times to assist me. Once my claim finally went to ****s guarantee team, Amanda from **** responded by email that I should reach out to my credit card company. **** refunded their portion $337 but could not help resolve my refund request. I have stated a claim with my credit card company. They recommended I reach out to the Bureau to assist and make you aware of this organization. I am still owed $3194.34 from Green Heart Vacation Homes, Anna P***. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter, Thank you, ********* *****
