On May 3rd I was charged a $60 yearly pool maintenance fee for the mommy and me class. After that class I called to say we would be attending the next week. I was told all those classes had been canceled due to low enrollment. They said classes would resume June 14th. Then when I called again I was told July 5th. I called one final time requesting a refund and was told “she was so sorry, that classes might resume late august. She took my information and said the head receptionist would call me Monday.” That’s today July 10th and I haven’t received a call or refund. We got one class and they are trying to keep the yearly fee. Not fair and buyers should be warned!
