We received an invoice delivered by **** today for $500. As a recent recipient of a **** Research Award, our bookkeeper thought it was legitimate. BUT NO, IT WAS NOT. Very deceptive. *** should not be tricking people into paying for services not provided. This should be illegal.Review from Raymond N

******************** ******* (PARS) has used Federal Processing Registry's services since 2018such a personal touch to what can be a confusing ordeal. **** has worked with us since the beginning and promptly ensures updates are done and done correctly. We never miss a payment or recertification. Any questions about anything concerning *** are dealt with right away. Federal Processing Registry reduces our amount of SPAM and scams and has protected us from several viruses. As director of a small non-profit, I greatly appreciate Federal Processing Registry.Review from Christy K

**** with Federal Processing Registry is one of the best technical support and customer service Reps I have ever had. She is quick to respond, always pleasant and will let you know if the unsolicited email you received from the source not from their company is a scam or not. She is very good at what she does & made the Sam Reg. process so easy for us. I highly recommend this service provider if you are finding it difficult to get through all the processing red tape.Review from Eric R

Skip past the laughably fake 5-star reviews; there are a number of reviews that explain clearly that this is a predatory company. They have an "F" rating for a reason. Background: I own a company that is a certified Service-connected Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We use ******* (System for Award Management) and have an account that needs to be renewed every few years - at no cost. We received a letter in the mail that contains a "2024 Annual SAM Registration Renewal Form" that states, "Your Immediate Response is Required" and looks very much like a government form. It states to include a check for $599. In very small print at the bottom, it says, "FederalProcessing is an independent, licensed, and bonded entity. This offer is not from a government entity. Data obtained from publicly available data sources." The letter also contains a card with an "important reminder," "why renew with sam?" what should I renew my same early," and When don't you need to renew your sam?" All of it looks official, and nowhere does it indicate that you can renew for free. It is intended to mislead business owners and subvert $599. The company's name is "Federal Processing Registry." The mailing address on the return envelope is Federal Processing Registry, ***** ***** ******* *** ***, Clearwater, FL 33759-2539. I've also received phone calls from them regarding the same. If you need to renew your SAM account, just go to *******, login, and the system will walk you through it step by step - FOR FREE. There is nothing challenging or complicated about it. We have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and recommend everyone that they have solicited do the same. Visit ReportFraud.ftc.gov; it only takes a few minutes and provides the FTC with the information needed to pursue scams such as this. As SDVOSBs, we face a lot of challenges. Predatory firms such as this don't make things easier.Federal Processing Registry Inc Response

We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns very seriously. It's important to us that our communication is clear and transparent.
We aim to offer valuable services for those who seek assistance with their *** registration process, understanding that while the ******* registration can be completed independently at no cost, some businesses prefer additional support. Our intent is never to mislead but to provide a clear choice for those who wish to use our services.
All of the 5 star reviews we get daily is proof that what we provide is valuable. There are many entities that get stuck in the process. It is NOT so simple for everyone.
We're committed to improving our communications to ensure that all recipients understand our role as an independent service provider and the options available to them. We respect the integrity of all businesses, especially Service-connected Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) like yours, and strive to support the business community respectfully and professionally.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We're dedicated to addressing them and ensuring a better experience for everyone.Review from Tracey K
