      Ordered a custom table in January 2024. Money was issued to the company via a contract that I made with AFFIRM. Three months of payments had been submitted and on April 27, 2024 I received an email from company indicated that my order had been cancelled/refunded and a credit had been issued . The credit issued was short by $350.00 which was the amount of the delivery fee. Unable to reach this company by email or phone.

      Look elsewhere. First table we received was extremely uneven and the chairs didn't match. We received a new table and chairs however the chairs still didn't match. The white on the chairs is more of an off-white compared to the bright white table. We were supposed to receive another set of chairs but then never heard anything. Wrote it off and moved on. Now later we tried to file a warranty claim because the clear has rubbed off the table and the stain is wearing away leaving behind exposed wood. They responded saying they would send someone to our house to refinish the table which seemed very odd. They said it would be about a month before they could fit us in. That call never came and communication has completely disappeared. Seems at this point it is money wasted and hopefully others will look elsewhere.

      Unfortunately we are disappointed in our dining room table purchased this year (2023). First, table is not an even rectangle. It is off by 1.25” width on one side. Same with bench widths that led us to additional cost of custom bench cushions. Second, both benches were so unfinished they actually frayed our clothing. One rep came to home and semi fixed, but not enough. The finish was still NOT finished. They actually promised to pay for cushions as a way of making up for uneven sized and rough finish benches, but that never happened. Third, the entire base is also very rough and actually missing stain in a few places. Fourth and the final straw is the table and benches are not level. We are now trying to figure out a solution. I love the look, but not the “finished” quality. My advice is to NOT ACCEPT delivery if set is as unfinished as ours. I was told they are trying to do more sets, so definitely rushing the process. I think quantity is now taking priority over quality. Don’t take my word for it. I’ve had so many guests comment on the issues and a bit embarrassing. This set was not a sale item. Full price and not worth it. Just too many things wrong.

      My husband and I are very happy with our table from Coastal. ***** is the manager and is very responsive and helpful! We ordered the Weston ********* table, and the quality is better than we expected. The whole team from ordering to delivery was great, and we have been recommending them to all of our friends and family in *******!

      I agree with the writers. I also bought table and six chairs paying up front in November. After multiple excuses had table delivered to house by one driver. When table was taken out of truck the color was way off. Driver acknowledged and called who we thought was the owner but that appears to be the son. This seems to be part of the game. Dad, Monty says keep table and chairs and I will personally come out to make it right. He offered full refund. After a couple of excuses he finally arrived and stated this is poor quality work. Staining had globs of stain in areas, underside not finished at all. Huge globs of glue and several large holes with rough surface all around them to scratch leg if they came in contact. Chairs appeared to never be sanded and snagged any material coming in contact. Monty said we will pick up and make it right. After no contact Monty again offered full refund. Crickets! Finally an answer by email from the son, they are too busy to pick up table and no refund. He state read your invoice. Purchased in November, after a few visits to shop got invoice in January, it was wrong and second invoice in February. Parents, Monty and Wendy seemed so so nice but apparently they are part of th scam.
