I am hoping you can help me please regarding the return of my deposit ($2500). My realtor is not responding to my messages for updates. I have a contract which states I am due the deposit back as per 8 (iv). Unfortunately, I have not been able to get loan approval in the financing period for property: 8700 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach #7110. I am looking to help my mother find a home in Panama City Beach, Florida.. Renata ******** (realtor) requested a letter to the Seller stating that I have not been able to get loan approval in the financing period, which was sent May 25th. I have not had any response since. Today I contacted both the Title Company (escrow) the owner of the Real Estate Company, They each send me back to the other. Apparently, Karen ***** (owner of Beachy Beach Real Estate) told me there is a disagreement which nobody told me about. The Seller does not want to give my money back.Customer response

Thanks for your efforts; but I have settled the issue.
I contacted the Seller's Agent directly (Barbara ******* **** ******* ***********. She told me she doesn't care about me or my contract. I live out of state and don't have the time or money to dispute this legally ($2500 deposit). I agreed to split the deposit and have since received the check from the title company.
I continue to look for a home for my 80-year-old mother in the PCB area and will be much more careful in selecting a real estate agent to work with.
