5-23-22 a down payment was given of 7,500 for a property that she owns **** ********** ******* ****** City Florida XXXXX. She is being sued by the mortgage company that was processing my loan they backed out of the deal due to the lawsuit , she is now refused to give me my down payment I've been calling ever since, they've now stopped answering my phone calls and returning my emails. I would like my down payment back!!! For this is all the money that we had saved we cannot move forward with purchasing another home due to this incident.Initial Complaint

We contracted with CCs Homes for a modular home in Mexico Beach, FL. We signed the papers and took ownership of the home in June 2021, even though there were several items that still needed to be completed. We were assured by CCs Homes that these would be completed, yet to date, only 1 of the 3 has been taken care of. The outdoor faucets are actually a part of the house plan, so are in the contract for the home. I have reached out to them MULTIPLE times by phone, text, email and in-person visits. They don't answer emails or texts or return voice mails, and when I go to the office, neither of the people that I have been dealing with (the owner Cathy Cross and her daughter Ciara) are present. I would like assistance in getting them to honor the contract that we signed in good faith.
