      Would have liked to have more communication during the process to insure all was going as planned other than that it was a flawless process. I ordered w10 granite screenings and the product delivered was more m10 granite screening type but it was still useful for my application.

      Totally awesome quality product it got here in a timely manner and at a good price friendly delivery staff dropped the product off right were it was supposed to be cant ask for any more than that!

      I had ordered 2 tons of stone from them and when I found out they would not deliver it in a bag I asked, within 12 hours, to cancel the order. Mind you the material was never loaded up and my cancelation came within ************************************************************************* $32.16 cancelation fee. Then upon giving me a refund they charged it as a purchase. The customer service individual is quite rude and could care less that I'm being charged interest on their mistake. Still trying to get my money back.

      Ordered 1T of drainage gravel from gravelshop.com for $239.50, delivery and tax included. The gravel was delivered by another company, which I thought was odd. Looked at the invoice, lo and behold they had ordered the gravel from a company local to me without my knowledge or permission. Total cost breakdown was $75.70 for the gravel + $110 for delivery + $2.79 CC service charge = $188.49.So they essentially charged me $50 to place an order I could have placed myself, which I would have done had I known that was going to be the case. Not only that, had I known that the delivery fee was going to be $110 (this is a knock against both Gravelshop.com and the firm they purchased from) I wouldn't have purchased from either of them. For comparison, ********** charges $79 for delivery to me.So because of gravelshop.com's non-transparent pricing and outside contracting, I needlessly lost out on at least $80 in total cost between the delivery fee and hidden upcharge. Thanks a lot, jerks. World's jacked up enough without hucksters like you unknowingly siphoning money from people.Happy to share the order confirmation from gravelshop.com and the invoice from their "subcontractor" for corroboration.

      This company will steal and come up with receipt with out your signature and tried to steal your money. They did not deliver my rocks on the day we discussed. I even called them when I was heading to the property and they confirmed it. I drove 3 hours waited and no delivery. I tried to called back after several hours of waiting and no one will pick up the phone. I send an email and they responded with in 2 minutes that my delivery was for the following week and they made a mistake when I called them to confirm my appointment and they are going to charge me 8% if I cancel the delivery date. I told them some words that I can't say here. I also told them to cancel the order and refund my refund my money back on my card. The rep or owner on the other end continues to email me and I told him that this charge will be disputed on my Apple Credit card. He got upset and continue to send me emails that it was my fault that after they verbally confirmed that the delivery will be there. I had to tell him if you contact me again it will be harassment and the law will have to get involve. My credit card company is investigating it now.PLEASE RUN WHEN YOU SEE THIS COMPANY NAME. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST.I hope this helps someone from not making the same mistake I did by dealing with this company.They deserve negative 100 stars.

      I would have given five stars if there had been better communication. The delivery ended up being three hours after the delivery window. At that point I had looked on bbb.org and saw the poor rating and got nervous. I just got my delivery, and it is exactly what I ordered, and the delivery driver couldnt have been more personable, she was great! I will definitely consider using this company again for future needs.
