*****, has been very untruthful from the beginning of this process she referred my husband and I to a lender that she claimed to do business with in the past. We hired ***** to be our realtor in January 2023, and she assured ** that she would have our best interest at heart but that was the total opposite. *****, never extended our financial contingency on our file but kept extending our closing date. Our loan was denied March 1st, but yet ***** gave ** a closing date for March 3rd and then March 6th, knowing that our loan would be canceled and risking our ******* money deposit of $10,000.00. She then lied about contacting the sellers agent about our denial and proceeded to still extend the closing date. We got in touch with the sellers agent and she confirmed that she has not spoken to ***** in over a week. Overall ***** lacked professionalism throughout this entire process. Her integrity is totally in question and I do not believe Keller Williams Realty is a company that supports these practices.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
Unfortunately my family and suffered a huge lost due to the lack of professionalism and support from ***** who is employed at Keller Williams. We lost $6000.00 in this process!! That *** be little to this company but my husband and I worked extremely hard to get there. I would like to know what were the consequences that ***** faced for blatantly lying to me and the Seller Agent? The way she conducted business I dont see how she can still be trusted and employed for such a reputable company.Sincerely,

I would like to report this company for failure to respond and finish the job; ************** and Keller Williams Realty SW partners. I began encountering issues early on. The realtor is not responding to requests made and continues to blame others for several delays in the process. Never taking personal accountability for delays. The appraisal took three weeks due to these excuses, the surveyor was denied access to the property and the closing was postponed because of said events or failure to perform her duties. Many documents including the home itself were not ready the day before the new closing date. After pleading with realtor her response was clear; "send release and cancelation and we will refund deposit and move on." Interest rates have been changing so rapidly and these setbacks were incurring costs for me both in the short term and long term of this transaction. As suggested by this realtor I sent the release and cancellation through my agents. Ultimately realtor stopped responding or answering calls. She has been unprofessional to say the least in resolving this issue. This realtor is unresponsive; leaving me up in the air to resolve this issue on my own. I would like the company to resolve this issue in an ethical way seeing that the property was placed back on the market yet the contract was not signed and released. I would like others to know the lack of communication, ethics, and professionalism this company and realtor displayed in my experience. I would like a call back to resolve this issue and finish the job amicably. Thank you.
