They came to my house after three days of promising to come each day. I needed them to trim one tree and a few shrubs. They promised me that they would do excellent work and pick up all the seed pods as well. When I came home later I was charged $450 for that work. And there were even more seed pods every everywhere in the yard. I tried to contact the owner **************** and was told this was free compost for my yard My newly installed sod was trampled and destroyed around the tree from their work. I asked for them to honor their promise and he just stopped answering any texts or calls. Their reviews online reflect this everywhere. The workers also asked for me to pay directly to their personal Zelle account and I heard them say to each other we make more if he pays on Zelle I am suspicious that they kept some of that money themselves. Workers reeked of marijuana when they came back to me house and asked for even more money!Business response

Business response taken verbally by BBB:
The job was completed as agreed to and was paid for. All palm tree debris was picked up and taken care of minus a few berries that fell of the seed pod when being handled. Normally the berries that fall off are mulched up and good for the lawn and are about the size of a cherry so it is normally not picked up. We will take note for future services to take extra care to ensure no berries are missed when trimming this customer's palm tree.

I am rejecting this response because:it Was agreed that ALL berries would be picked up I specifically asked that before I agreed to the job I was told they would ALL be picked up. I paid for the job before the work was done. When I got home there were hundreds of them ground up and mashed into the ground.Owner admitted in text that they did not complete the job (attached). And stopped replying to my text once I said they did not complete the job the right way. Again, it was agreed that ALL of them would be picked up and NONE of them were. Also, his communications stopped after he admitted they didnt pick up the ones they should have. I had to hire an additional service to pick them up which cost me another $100. I am not asking for any money back, I just want others to know their practices. There are multiple complaints about this exact thing online in many places
