      Do not go to this clinic period. This is a private equity backed operation. It’s all about the cash flow and profits, not about the patients. You will be billed to no end with little explanation given. Not even an itemized bill….

      Dr. ****** **** should be fired as I fired him. I asked for a refill on a prescription that I still had one refill left that I called in on the due date. He refused to do what I asked. He wanted me to come in for an unnecessary appointment. This was completely impossible as my house was destroyed and my truck destroyed in storm. This Doctor thinks he is God and he can F*** OFF.       I have no issue with my physician. I have had many issues with the referral and authorization department. I recently fell and broke my shoulder. I needed a referral for an orthopedic surgeon which my Mellinium PCP provided. I made the appt, now the orthopedic clinic is calling me saying that the services have been approved by my insurance provider, but the authorization sent does not contain the proper codes. I called Mellinium, and was told that they send the authorization from Humana that their system prints out, and there is nothing more they can do, and that if I want to keep the appointment I, the patient will need to fix the issue. This is a paperwork issue. It's ridiculous that because of incompetence, I, a seriously injured patient may not be able to keep the appt to begin my healing and care. My injury may get worse, I am losing income because I can't work, I can't drive. My entire life may be impacted because of a paperwork issue between 2 medical offices, and total incompetence. If this is not fixed, I will hire an attorney, and someone will be compensating me. All that I want is to keep my appointment so that I can begin getting my life back on track,

      Run as fast as you can - do not use Millennium Physician Group. I set up an appointment for my parents 2 months ago as new patients with Dr. ***** ****** in ********************. We were referred to him by my mothers renal doctor back in June. at that time, they were pleasant and allowed me to set up an appointment for both my parents at the end of Aug. Fast forward to the day of appt I never received a confirmation, so I called scheduling again. They then tell me that not only did I not ever have an appt, but the ** wasn't accepting new patients. Now I am 30 days out from having no medications for my 90 year old step father, season is about to start and everyone knows how difficult it is to get a new ** in season. They then tired to tell me that I never actually spoke to anyone, that I only made an appt request through their portal. Totally false, I actually spoke to a representative. These people have no heart and do not care at all about the people they claim to help.

      Impossible to reach anyone on the phone! Doctors are always late. Doctors rush you out of the door. They only want your money. This group is a regional monopoly and makes deals with insurances and doctors, the patients always lose. This is why we need universal healthcare. This monopoly healthcare costs too much for 3rd world country outcomes.

      Decent Visit. ************** wasn't too thorough. Provider has now left the practice, and I have to find a whole new provider in order to transfer my "no longer valid" prescriptions to another pharmacy.Very disappointing and frustrating to say the least.Thankfully I'm not on life dependent medications... what a waste of time.

      I called the billing office five times in four day period.. After long hold, I received the message to enter my phone number and other info. I followed the prompts and received the message that I was in the queue and my call would be returned. No call backs.. I tried remaining on the line until I received the message to enter info and I receive a callback within two business days. NONE of the five calls I made was returned! Too bad I had to enter even one star for a review.

      message service is garbage, don’t care about patients , never get back to you when you need it. Alexa * at Dr ********** office is a careless person . Alexandria is also . I requested a refill and she answered with a lame excuse .
