      If I could I would give them "0" star they are a disgrace We purchase the unit in 2018, expressed to HOA the property is for our son (young kid), advised that us parents will manage the property, pay bills etc., provided our home address and telephone number. Since this company took over our HOA, they never sent us anything in the mail we struggle to make payments, the checks sent are not deposited until the end of the month. There were assessments due to Hurricane Ian, we never received the bills or notification, now they are suing us for late fees and lawyer fees, plus they put a lien on our condo. When they never contacted for these assessment bills, fully knowing that the mailing address was not the unit, they have the nerve to send us screen shots of our ledger in which clearly stated our mailing address different from the unit. The "manager" refuses to talk to us and every time we call she hangs up the phone.

      I have owned my property since 2005 and when moved in full time in 2019 l went and changed my address so the mail would come to that address. After numerous calls and visits to the company still nothing and the owner is nowhere to be found. Now l have to pay an interest charge on a bill l NEVER received.

      I personaly would not recommend this property management company. They do not communicate with all board members. They do not follow your condo bylaws. They do not email any bills to the board for approval and they only do what the board's President tells them to do. Unfortunately the President is NOT the board.

      I agree w/ the other complaints. We have owned this property in Cedar Woods for several years which is managed by Star Hospitality. We own several properties in other areas and this is worst case scenario in my opinion of a "management" company. Incredibly difficult to deal with if you can get ahold of them. If on all review platforms you have very low ratings from multiple owners/potential owners/renters......just maybe it's you.

      This is a company that lets their managers mis manage properties I've been in this business for 25 years have never seen a management company with such lackadaisical procedures and managers that do not respond to owners there has to be communication, Why would companies like this rob Peter to pay Paul on major projects. On your property and then assess the owners the value of what they mismanaged that's crazy
