Company is always having problems. Understaffed and horrible communication. Worst use of logistics in a company that I’ve seen with modern technology. No disclaimers on websites or phone number about anything affecting their business. Just wait and hope not to be lost in the process. The absolute definition of corporate greed. Trulieve VERO BEACH LOCATION I just want the city town to know how caring and respectful ALL THE BARTENDERS AND MANAGEMENT ARE THEY DEFINITELY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE STORE FOLLOW ALL GUIDELINES OF THE CITY THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE GREAT ANY PROBLEMS THEY FIX IMMEDIATELY MEANING SALES PROMOTIONS THE BEST THEY CAN OVERALL DEFINITELY OVER A 5 STAR ESTABLISHMENT RIGHT DOWN TO THE CLEAN PARKING LOT EVERYONE IS ALWAYS WORKING VERY HARD AND EFFICIENCY TO MEET ALL YOUR NEEDS IF YOU HAVE NOT GONE TO TRUE VERO BEACH YOUR DEFINITELY MISSING OUTTrulieve, Inc. I wish I could leave no stars, this place has medically discriminated against me for speaking my mind cause I didn’t let the employee run his mouth to me being disrespectful cause twice he’s closed up early making me not be able to get my medication. I hope this class action dissolves this company because it’s full of bs. It’s not all of them just the Granville one in Morgantown WVTrulieve, Inc. Response

I am out of Florida, and for the most part it has been an okay experience. I have had the foil seal open on a couple of occasions. Trulieve does let you return product if you are unsatisfied and they will replace it. As long as you have at least half of what you are returning. What I am having problems with are the new rewards system. My past 3 purchases have not given me my rewards points 318 points, or the 100 points for 4 or more purchases in a 30 day period. Apologies all the time. It is just an auto.ated response, not genuine. No phone number to discuss points, no live chat. Just an email with a response email asking you to wait up to 48 hours while they look into the issue. It has been almost 72 hours and no response or fixing the problem with the pointsTrulieve, Inc. So, I had previously left a 5 star review some years ago. I can no longer be okay with that review. I have since had so many problems with this location. The last straw being today, I was having a horrible day, I am disabled and my car broke down. I decided that I would take my mobility scooter down to pick up my pre-order. It's about a 2 mile trip each way. Anyway I get there and the girl at the front counter tells me there is no record of my pre order, I showed her the confirmation and also the message saying it was ready. Both emails had the order #..Her response was to not look at the messages and to basically tell me too bad. I said who do I talk to that cares. She tells me to go in the back, there will be someone. I waited in line behind at least 10 people and when I got to the counter I gave my ID and the gentleman says did you preorder, I explained and he says I know where it is they put it under someone else. He was great and handled it for me quick. Now I had asked her just to look at the number and she refused making me wait an extra 20 minutes.. I was in no way ride or nasty, yet she told me they hadn't filled a preorder in over 3 hours and she had looked. I don't know how since she refused to look at the order number. I am furious because I was treated like a liar or trash. This girl is usually very cool, but not today l. I get having a bad day but if you hate your job quit. Spare the customers the hassle and punishment of you hating it. This was the final straw for these guys. I've run into them running out of deals that were weekly. Refusing to honor their own specials and rudeness. Somebody please do something with this bad attitude and lack of care for your customer.s. hope this helps someone. Thanks. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The sad part is that all of their call-center employees are kind and over and over again they apologize. The problem is that all of their apologies for all of their errors do not ever actually make the situation right (ie ordering online setting up for delivery and they’re not showing up after waiting all day long no phone call, nothing.). Their apologies don’t change anything. They have no respect for peoples time, money or inconveniences. They get the one star for knowing, very well, how to say, “We are sorry.” And boy are they!Review from Henry K

Worse company ever. I think teenage stoners must be the only employees. Tell u that u can have a delivery slot 3 days away, and then totally blow u off. No phone call, nothing. Then lie and say that they called but didn't leave a message. The customer service people act like stoner children. Hire some adults! I'll never buy their crap again.Trulieve, Inc. Response

Yesterday on 5/24/24 I got a email saying spend over a hundred dollars and get a free trulieve tumbler, so I placed a online order at 6:30 am, hours before they even opened up just so that I would get one. So I got off work and went there and they said they were sold out and not getting no more and they are on a first come first serve, why put out emails if you don't honor them, FALSE ADVERTISING . Riverview FL location needs to be shut down, This is not the first time that they have done this, just first time complaining, James ********Trulieve, Inc. Response

My last previous visit to this trulieve store (Millenia) I had ordered a flower at 23percent THC, but when I got there, the clerk started to ring up a product by the same name but at 18 percent THC. I had to stop the clerk and as why the change and he said they ran out of the percentage I ordered but filled the order with the same product (by name). I, of course cancelled the order and was out only the cost of the time and trip to the store. Now, this morning I go to pickup an order I placed at 8:30 last night only to get there this morning to find out the prices had gone up from what was indicated the night before--then I am told I qualify for a free packet of gummies for the order I purchased, but when I got home--no gummies in the bad... Trulieve has become the worst marijuana shopping experience I have had... I know--why would you care what I think...but there it is..PLTrulieve, Inc. Response
