Ive had several of the same incidents at this location and today 02/02/2023 at around 620 pm was the latest. I pay for a drink subscription that allows you to get any dispense drink everyday for 30 days each month. Ive been refused a froster drink at least 4-5 times because the employees and/owners or family members of the owners are telling me I cant get it but it is clearly advertised and even shown in the picture. I dont have time to show them the advertisement when they are telling me its not included but I will be sure to show them next time. Its been annoying and frustrating to deal with redeeming what I paid for so I want to bring this up to their attention this way.Business response

Our Manager reached out to the customer and apologized and we are working with our team to educate them to accept the promotion for Froster in the future.
