In July 2022 I received an add that I could receive an item worth $63.71 for free with only paying the shipping fee. I put the shipping fee of $5.99 on my credit card. I received the item but was charged on 8/8/2022 for $63.71. After talking with the credit card company I disputed the $63.71 charge on 8/8/2022. Then on 9/16/2022 I was charged again for the $63.71. Once again I disputed the charge and had the credit card company block the company and had to destroy the current card. When I finally was able to talk to Premium Style Top Quality customer service to get this matter resolved after 5 days of trying, the agent I spoke to said there was no record of the transaction under my name and that there was nothing she could do to help me. I paid the first $63.71 thinking maybe I misunderstood the contract so I would like to be reimbursed for that amount and I would like to warn others of this company's business practice. I emailed the company on 9/16/2022 stating the above complaint but no resolutionas of yet.
