I have been charged service fees by Bay First Bank, claiming my accounts with them went dormant, without any warning. I never received a letter, email or phone call, and I was also locked out of my online banking, so I had no idea this was happening. This is unethical and unfair. I was promised that once my account was active and I deposited yet more money into my accounts, I'd receive all my service fees back, but the bank just went against their word and is refusing to adjust all of the the 9 $10 service fees (only 2 in total out of 2 accounts), after I complained of being ignored. I have been chasing this issue for over a month now with no resolution but being transferred from once department to another, where I've left numerous messages. Please reverse all of my 9 $10 service fees as promised.Checking account 0834 - 6x $10 service fees Savings account 0222- 3x $10 service fees

Both accounts entered into dormancy status in March ************************* the account for over 18 months. As described in your disclosures, a monthly fee in the amount of $10.00 would be charged as long as the account was dormant.  A notice was sent to you notifying you that the account was reaching dormancy status and that a fee would be charged.  The checking account was notified on February 08, 2024 and a notice for the savings account was sent on February 07, 2024.  As a matter of customer service, we refunded the dormancy fees charged. However, please note that if the accounts become dormant in the future, dormancy fees may be assessed.

Bay First Bank, without any notice, put my account into dormant status and charged service fees. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for weeks now with no resolution. I was promised that all my fees would be reversed once I deposit more money into my account, but I just received a call from an associate at the bank stating that only 2 of my 7 fees would be reversed, when I have been jumping through hoops to get my account put back into active status, then promised that for all the hardship, all fees would be reversed! I am omitting names of associates as I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but this is theft and unfair to a loyal customer. I ask that my 7 dormant service fees be reversed so I can continue banking with Bay First. Checking account 0966 - 4x $10 service fees Saving account 0024 - 3x $10 service fees
