      Went to ************* on 03/11/23 and spoke with ******, sales person, We dickered back and forth over a price of a 2020 Challenger Titanium Motorcycle! I wanted it for $20,000 out the door, he came back with $20,192.86 plus tag and registration! I asked why the added $192.86! He stated for shipping! At that time it slipped my mind that shipping was free! After leaving and arriving home I looked up the site Imotorsports and sure enough shipping is free, over $5000, it does not specify if it is a new or used bike! Thus I called the sales manager ************************* and he said shipping is charged! Well then I also spoke with the Finance manager, ***********************, and he confirmed that shipping is FREE! THUS I paid $192.86 for nothing! It gets better, during the negotiating's ******, sales person, told me parts were ordered for the bike I was purchasing! NEVER told me the parts were on BACK order! I called Monday the 03/13/23 and spoke with the service department and was told the parts were ordered on Jan. 27th and were on back order and they did not know when they would come in! Thus I called and spoke with *************************, sales manager, and he said that he had instructed his people to tell me that parts were on back order, WELL this didn't happen! Keep in mine this is the same guy that said there is a shipping cost! Also I have asked for the paperwork on the bike that has been done, a 50 point check, and the new parts work. It also appears that their service it not up to standards because I spoke with ************************* and he said the new part work is complete, (on 03/17) and he would work on getting the bike to me on Monday the 19th! I protested and thus he must have spoken with *********************** because he called me and said it would be delivered tomorrow, Saturday 18th! Want my $192.86 back I'm a NAVY veteran that has served in a WAR and also served my country as a law enforcement person for 30 years, you think that they would treat us VETERANS better that all this!!!

      I have a ******* Slingshot that is under factory warranty. A claim was approved to replace my radio. 3 months has went by and the dealer nor customer ******* can get me an answer as to when and where it is. I cannot use the Slingshot without, I cannot sell the slingshot and I cannot rent out the slingshot. I am currently paying for a Slingshot that cannot be used. I am disgusted with the ******* of ******* and been told lies for 3 months as to when it would be in. When asking dealer for updates, their suggestion was to trade it in for a lowball offer. I just want my radio replaced which has already been approved for the claim through the warranty. I think 3-4 months is plenty of time and I have been plenty patient. I will pursue legal recourse regarding this manner and begin to pay advertisements to create awareness of this injustice until this issue is resolved.

      The radio described in the complaint was backordered from Polaris. As we are only an independent dealer, we are unable to control Polaris' manufacturing/shipping schedule and so had no ability to acquire this part any sooner. As soon the radio arrived from Polaris, we performed the requested replacement and, to our knowledge, the customer left satisfied.
