I ordered the standard kit, nothing custom. 17 days now and have not even received a confirmation that they have my order or are working on my order, just radio silent (Pun Intended). I have reached out via their customer service email and FB page with zero response. I totally support small businesses and would be okay with waiting but the least the company can do is send updates. "Hey, sorry for the delay we are working on it, blah, blah, blah" Any kind of communication would make the customer not feel like they are being scammed. The worst part is FB bombards my feed with the ad for this strap and I get excited, but then realize I have no idea what is happening with my order.Review from Tom H

Ordered a product in June and never got it. There was an issue with the initial address given and merchant reported it was fixed. Between this merchant and fed ex pointing fingers back and forth, I still dont have the product that purchased. Part of selling products involves dealing with some of the accidentals that come up and taking care of customers. Overall was looking forward to the product it looks great, unfortunately I never got it!Review from Diane D.

The Strap Broke on the 2nd Use and they are saying the product is considered used now because they waited 3 weeks to look into my complaint. They also said that the piece that broke on the product was discontinued because it was breaking and I could not have my money back because now it was considered used. So I my son is using a broken radio strap instead of getting my money back on what is a defective product so I can buy him one that won't brake. I would have left a no star rating but the site won't allow that.

The issue was realized on a batch of clips. The long term fix is to remove the clip and the knot will secure it in place better than any retention device.
It isn't an essential component to the functionality of the product. I am almost certain your son is still wearing the holster with no issues using the knot. However, if not, you can return it for a refund.
