A technician unfortunately broke the apeed switch on the motor for our Hayward pool pump. The owner then refused to repair it and would not turn in to their insuramce company for repairs; instead, ***** improperly rigged the motor (possibly voiding the warranty) and quit servicing or replying to me. He was very rude to me qnd accused me of being a fraud. I expect this to be given to the insurance compqny to correct.Business response

Customer is blaming us for a button on the motor that broke with no fault of ours we're just using the motor in a normal fashion and the button broke nothing to do with us I provided a fix for her but she wants me to do more at my expense for something that's their responsibilityCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:The button broke while a staff member was servicing the pool. The owner first agreed by text message to repair it, but the repair he did was not correct or complete and actually voided the warranty ti the ************** Satisfaction will be when this pool company takes responsibility and hires a Hayward certified professional to do the correct repair at their cost.

I did nit install this pump and the warranty has expired, we did nit break the button. The pump does function normally. She wanted to use my *************************** to make a false claim. The responsibility for this is not mine.
