I purchased this product with the understanding that it was returnable if it did not work, which it did not. It is nothing more that a small TENS machine, delivering a shock. I have contacted them 2X with no response. You can't email them directly, just through a form on their website so as not to keep a copy of your email I'm sure. They have not provided any contact for the return or refund.Initial Complaint

On October 15, 2022 I ordered a device from *********************** LLC. On Nov 12, 2022 (within the 30 day time frame to return the item) I reached out to the company to request a refund. The company never responded to that, or any emails or phone calls, asking for information on how to return or to get a refund label. I am also concerned whether or not the device is safe for everyone with the electrical shock it delivers( see complaint from veteran with PTSD) and people who have neurological health problems should think twice about using as well. I also ordered a chin strap that is very small and would not fit the average adult head and am requesting a refund for that as well. My order was placed with a different email which I can supply if needed.Initial Complaint

The product delivers an electrical shock during my initial trial. The product does not announce and/or identify that there is a shock potential. I have requested a REFUND for the Snore Circle and they are refusing to provide one. Any product that provides pain or discomfort to a customer should be refundable. I'm a retired military veteran who suffers from PTSD and this experience is not tolerable. Maybe other customers are accepting to discomfort and/or their experience but I am not and ready proceed further for recourse if needed.
