I was referred to Adam from a Ben from a moving company that I was using,I received a quote from Adam for 2 at 775 each car grand total of 1550 and 350 for the deposit to be shipped from AZ to Texas he sent the email with all numbers for dollars and the deposit for his Company by the name Dispatch Dudes we added 1 additional car of my son and he said all 3 cars will be grand total of 2325 and the deposit will be 500 for all 3 and the balance will be 1825 upon delivery to the driver at drop off. A week later be calls me to confirm and quickly ask you to stay on the phone with him to have a Zelle or cash app payment for the deposit to take place and he sends over this agreement that he say of I will go through it he moves really quick pretending he is going over the terms and ask you to eSignal to book your load again he tells you everything is what you and him agreed in his numbers he share the correct numbers to you over the phone. But on the document it is totally different excluding not subtracting the deposit. So at that time I asked him why did the Comapny name change to Big Ben Auto and not The original Dispatch Dudes? He states oh we are one company. Hours later I call and ask him why do this document have a much higher price plus my 500 dollars deposit that is almost 2800 dollars why. After that he cut me short and shared he will call me back, he never did....no more communication after that. He was missing in action. So I call the Big Ben Auto that was on the second document after looking up the reviews and seeing this is a big scam I was told by Don from Big Ben whom answered my call he stated that I can not get a refund and it clearly say in the contract refund if in 7 days. This Company is definitely scaming innocent people out of their hard worked earned money and it need to STOP. I was told they will Call me back they stop texting, answering any calls. I was scammed out of 500 dollars in less than 24 hours of talking with Adam R. And so called Big Ben.

This company was supposed to ship my car from Arizona to Florida. They took a $200.00 deposit to ship car by December 29th. They could not ship car. Told me driver canceled. I had to find another company to ship my car. They will not refund my $200.00, will not respond to my texts or phone calls. This company I discovered does not have any trucks to ship any cars. The company is a total scam ripoff.

Contract was for $1300. I paid a $300 deposit. Driver demanded $1250 upon pickup when I dropped off my car - I reached out to Adam R. by phone, text and email to adjust this charge before I had to pickup my car. He never responded to any of it. I filed a complaint with the credit card company for my deposit and it was denied. Big Ben's owes me back my deposit. Also, when I dropped my car off in NY, the driver told me he could not meet me to get my car where my contract stated and I had to take an uber 30 minutes outside of the airport to get my car.

I shipped a car from DE to CO. I had a short window to do this. I called Big Ben's and they quoted me $680. I had a signed contract. 20 before pick up they called me and told me the price now going to be $1200. They said If I wouldn't pay they would not pick up. They told me it would be $1200 total. I had already paid a $280 deposit. The driver showed up hours after the promised time and wanted $1200 cash on top of the $280 I had already paid.

I contacted Big Ben Auto Transport early November to have a truck transported to California from Virginia scheduled for mid December. Big Ben Auto quoted me $490 to move the truck. On the day the truck was supposed to be picked up, I called Big Ben to see what time to expect the driver. Big Ben wanted a $290 deposit and sign a contract. I was on the road, and trying to get all this done by phone. It was very difficult to read the contract. Needless to say, I missed an important line where Big Ben Auto raised the price from $490 to $2590 without even discussing this with me. Big Ben Auto's Told me the driver would contact me later in the day for pickup information. When the driver did not call me in 48 hours, I reviewed the contract. That is when I noticed the increase in the price. I called Big Ben Auto to cancel the contract. It is written in the contract that I can do so within 1-7 days. They refused to refund my deposit. Big Ben Auto's said they had a driver assigned even though the driver never contacted me. Big Ben Auto did not uphold their contract. they owe me $290 minus $25 for their administration fees. The business is uses unethical processes and should not be allowed to continue their unscrupulous tactics to rob customers of their money. When you call their phone number, they answer it with "hello or yeah". Not Big Ben Auto's. Should have been a red flag. One of the several red flags that were raised during this whole transaction.

All complaints on here are 100% correct. This company is not honest or truthful. Don calls you with an extreme sense of urgency and will pressure you to sign some half fast contract with hidden fees. The big surprise comes when they deliver the vehicle and force you to pay an additional $300 over what was quoted to you. Do not Venmo, cashapp or Zelle them, Don will call you saying that your CC didn't go through and that you should send a deposit electronically via the aforementioned payment systems. "Nice try Don" This deposit is essentially an additional charge on top of the quotes agreed upon so called "all in flat fee" which if you send them funds electronically you can kiss that money good bye. So upon pick up day I confronted the driver which essentially confirmed what I suspected from them based on all the negative reviews on Google. (Yes shame on me for even proceeding with them in the first place) Well Don then has the audacity to call me screaming saying that the car that I wanted shipped wasn't even paid for and that the dealership was not releasing the vehicle and that he refuses to pick up the car., needless to say that's a complete lie and plain sad at the same time as I had the dealership on the same line whom I instructed to not release the car to these crooks. I will be getting my deposit back one way or the other that's as certain as the Amen in church. At this point it's a principal matter and I'm glad I caught on to them before they were able to take my car.
