My previous review seems to have been removed. DO NOT do business with Big Ben's Auto. They are scam artists, they lie, and are 100% dishonest.
To ship my truck from CA to VA, they originally offered (in writing) $1,190. Then I got a text offering me a price of $1,290. I agreed to this price. However, when the driver arrived, he actually charged me $2,290! What this company does is quote you a lie price. They claim its miscommunication...but a child could tell that this is a scam and not miscommunication, especially since they've been operating like this for years or "miscommunicating" for years. They are liars and dishonest.

My son and daughter in law were moving from FL to Co, were quoted 200.00 upfront and 700.00 to drop off. Then as I wait for the driver to pick the car, they never show up due to a sick driver but never called anyone to inform us, thanks Patrick you dirty thief-liar. What they do is if you use a credit card you will get your deposit back because your card will fight it. Why are these ******** still in business, the DOT needs to be contacted and your congressman, can you imagine if it was his/her daughter/son/mother. This must be stopped its highway robbery.Review from Chandler C

I wish I could give them 0 stars. ADAM was the name of the crook that conned us into signing a contract with their company. Guaranteed us a price of $800 and then refused to release the car unless we paid a total of $1200, which was slid into the last page of the contract and never discussed prior. Just go and read the other million complaints about these crooks, like I should have done before I agreed for them to come pickup my car. STAY AWAY!!Review from Marc B

If I could give it a zero star, I would.
Was quoted $1790 for 2 vehicles Seattle to Texas that I arranged for my parents. Paid the typical $290 through Zelle because (my credit card was deleted, his words) and then once the vehicles arrived in Texas, it was $3000. My elderly parents argued with the driver and after 2 hours and calling the police, my parents had to pay the $3000. Good thing I have friends with the DOT and the DOJ. Will be filing charges against this company and anything to do with Benjamin K..Review from Patrick F

FRAUD!!! FRAUD!!! FRAUD!!!!....THEY QUOTE YOU A LOW PRICE, THEN CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD DIDN'T GO THROUGH AND DEMAND A ZELLE PAYMENT OF $250, THEN WHEN YOU GET YOUR DOCUSIGN DOCS THEY INCREASE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE BY SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!..THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE CAR!!!!! WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH OUR BANK AND FILE A FRAUD CLAIM.!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..I FOUND OUT FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE THEY'RE BEING INVESTIGATED FOR INTERSTATE BANK FRAUD.!!!!
