On the date of the transaction 07/02/2022. The business stated they did not have the product available at their current location which was on the Sanford fl. That the product was at their other location in Altamonte Springs and that I will have to pick it up from the store. I used my credit card and paid $500.00 dollars as The store on Altamonte Springs was closed the following two days; 07/03/2022 and 07/04/2022. I was told that they will not give me the material until the full amount is paid in full. After the holiday of 4th of July I decided to canceled purchase on 07/05/2022. However, Soni the owner wanted me to pay 20% of the full balance for a product that they never planned to deliver to me or had to restock as they had it at their other location in Altamonte Springs and since then i haven't received my credit back of $500. The owner want to charge me 20% of the full balance of $3,000. I went to the store to get the refund and the store owner Soni didn't want to cancel without the 20% charge to cancel my order even though that I did not take any items with me and I cancel the order within 3 days. I never got any items nor were able to deliver. The 20% of $3000.00 did not get any of the items. On my receipt the owner said; "if any boxes are left over we will return with no restocking fee". Also the receipt states that if the customer cancels the purchase after the material is paid then they will charge 20%" We never fully paid the materials either. I will like to have the full refund of my $500.00 that I already paid with my credit card. When i was in the store the owner was not willing to talk about it, but instead left the store and left me with a new hire that was not able to handle the case. The new hire was very polite and helpful, but Soni was not willing to help and left. The store name is Soni and the location is: 201 Hickman Dr Sanford Florida 32771. Invoice #******
