I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. I have emailed numerous times and have tried to call but always get told to leave a message. I leave voice messages and never hear back from either email or phone message. There is no way to cancel subscription online or delete credit card information - you can only update it. I have been trying to work through my credit card to get them blocked.Initial Complaint

I tried to cancel the subscription of Okuma product since March but they keep charging to my credit card. I called but they never answered. I left many messages and sent the emails every month since March. They still charging me and I have to dilute the charges every month. They charged me in February and March but the product never came. I only received one product in January. Since I didn't dispute two charges in February and March. They need to refund $85.02 total.Initial Complaint

Called and emailed multiple times but this business never responded. Phone number provided in the website always go straight to voicemail. I left messages but no return call from them. Its been 3 weeks that I have been trying to contact this business through phone calls and emails to cancel my subscription, but I have not heard from them.
