The Garden Bros Nuclear Circus, in question misrepresented its offer by advertising a free ticket, only to inflate the price of adult tickets to over $60, effectively negating the promised benefit. This practice demonstrates a lack of business integrity and misleading advertising. Such actions are not only unprofessional but also exploitative, especially for families with children, and do a disservice to the community."Location: ******************, ************Garden Bros Circus Response

Good Morning *******,
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us to improve our services and ensure a better experience for all our guests.
We understand your concerns regarding the pricing of our tickets and would like to clarify our promotional offer. Our promotion includes free admission for children aged 3 to 13 years with the purchase of an adult general admission ticket. To redeem this offer, a valid free childrens voucher or ticket must be presented at the box office upon entry. All of these details are stated on our free childs ticket vouchers and on our website.
Additionally, our ticket prices are structured to provide value at different stages. Tickets start at $14.50 for the first 100 tickets of each show time, with prices increasing as the event date approaches. We understand that tickets purchased on the day of the show are more expensive, and we strive to offer the best value through our advance purchase options.
We regret any confusion or frustration this may have caused and are committed to addressing any discrepancies to better serve our community.
Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to improve and provide a better experience in the future.
Best regards

I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my recent complaint. It is evident that your response has failed to address the specific issues I raised. The advertisement for your event appears to have been deliberately designed to attract patrons, only for them to discover, upon arrival, that crucial details were hidden in the fine print. This approach is deceptive, unprofessional, and lacks integrity.Such actions could potentially be viewed as false advertising or, at the very least, as providing inaccurate information to customers. Given the inconvenience caused, I am requesting a full refund.Review from Christine M

Four adults and two children drove one hour to the Garden Bros Circus held at the *********************** in ******** (near ******/******************). We were 15 minutes late because there was no signage indicating where the Circus grounds were and/or how to enter the parking lot. When we finally found the parking lot entrance we were informed that it was an additional $20.00 for parking. We were unprepared for that charge. Once entering the Circus tent we could not find any seats. The VIP seats were almost totally empty and a worker told us for an additional $10 for each of us we could sit in those seats....we were also unprepared for this and could not afford to stay. Because there were no General Admission seats, we had to leave. We lost the amount we paid for the General Admission ($30.00) and the parking ($20.00). We all left saddened from this experience and what we thought would be a fun day cost us $50.00 for nothing.I believe the seats were oversold and I do not think the Circus had the right to charge $20.00 for parking on the Fairgrounds (*********************** themselves do not charge for parking. Also, our purses were not checked which I believe is a security issue and I did not see any security personnel. The animals we saw on the way in did not look well kept and the young man at the entrance told us we had to park in the lot, there was no where else to go. I believe this business is poorly run and does not meet the necessary criteria for the safety of people or the general welfare of animals. We are upset for what we experienced. I would not suggest this venue to anyone.Garden Bros Circus Response

Good Morning,
As you mentioned you all paid the $30 rate means you purchased your tickets online in advance. With that being said, when you are in the checkout process you would have seen the suggestion to purchase and apply a parking pass for $15 online ($20 is at the location fee) which is totally optional with your preference of payment. We have advertisements on our website through and through if a parking pass is needed and that our General Admission seating is first come first served and aren't reserved seating. We strongly suggest arriving the hour prior to show times OR purchasing upgraded seats for secured seating with a great view. Online upgrades for VIP are $40 and with Premium is $20, with whomever offering you all the $10 upgrade fee was actually quite generous of them. We try to lay everything out as crystal clear on our website with all the corresponding guidelines & Q&A's. As far as your purse not being searched may be due to the late arrival and security being inside monitoring. Our staffing search through and through with personal bags as we're very strict on what is allowed inside of course & no outside food or drinks being allowed as well, so I cannot unfortunately speak fully on your bag not being searched. Our staffing set up and take down every week in different cities & states and try to perform their duties as critique as possible.Review from David M

Biggest waste of money ever. Their ad claims a climate controlled tent, it was open and we were all sweating to death.$6 for a bottle of coke. I hope they shut down. I highly recommend that nobody waste their money on this sham of a circus.Garden Bros Circus Response

Good Morning,
Our tent is in fact climate controlled however like most things with the traveling industry things are subjected to change (as advised on our website) and unfortunately we took an unfortunate loss with 2 of our generators going down this past weekend. We had multiple companies out to take a look and to fix the issue. Just like our attendees, we also want our staff to also be performing in cool climates as well, as you can imagine how unbearable for all it is. As for our rates on food and beverages, we are no different if anything cheaper than most concerts, festivals, fair and so fourth. We hope you understand as we tried to quickly iron out the circumstances and accommodate as efficiently as possible.

First and foremost the roped ponies walking in circle after circle all afternoon and night in the heat with both kids and large adults on their backs needs to be banned immediately. Despite the childhood nostalgia, the only reason I gave a circus another chance was because I thought we were done abusing animals. The price gauging too was insane and slimy. $5 for a tiny bottle of water and $12 for a lemonade when everyone in the tent was on the verge of a heat stroke is not right. Which leads me to the next point.. Idk how they can supposedly say the tent is "climate controlled" because EvErYone was soaked in sweat. Lastly, yes the women performers did not need to be dressed in lingerie. For what should be a family friendly show it was disturbing and hard to see past. I know this review sounds repetitive based on all the others but it's all very true and warranted. I hope the company can take those criticisms and actually do better.Review from Sparkle C

This company is faulty because they send all these tickets to these schools telling all the kids that they can get in the circus for free with a paying adult. On the ticket it states that all kids 2-13 can get in free with paying adult, however, it does not tell you that the adult ticket is $58 and the kids tickets are $25 until you go to the location and it only shows the amount for adults and kids on the stand outside but none of this information can be found on the ticket itself. Now what I did notice was that at the top of the ticket it did say $15.00 for admission and at the bottom it stated that the the first 100 people online could get the tickets for 14.00. I am trying to understand where the extra money came in at. It was disappointing that I had to tell my kids that they can not attend the circus because the information on the tickets was not correct. we had been planning to go all week I could not just tell them that we could not attend. So I purchased the tickets for over 100.00 and when we went in it was a complete joke all I seen was half naked dancers and men jumping around on stage. It was called human gone wild but in reality it was a strip club for the kids which is very disrespectful my son was shocked. He only got happy when the guy flipped off the round cage everything else was a complete disaster all that money wasted because that was defiantly not a circus more of a freaknik show , and the dancers were not even moving in the same order just chaos the whole time just a bunch of bad acting they need to go back to the drawing board with Garden Bros Circus

We couldnt enjoy the show because here in Miami first it was $60 for adults $10 parking and it was ok show. There was no air conditioner. The tent was like an oven here in *****. We had to leave at half time we were so sweaty and hot. I felt like I was going to have a heat stroke never again ,it was very expensiveReview from Javier O

The Garden Circus have a show in ***** Fairground on sunday 11/12/2023, me and my wife came with my kids 4 years old and 8 month to enjoy the show. We only could be there less than 20 minutes because the music levels was so high that my son with 4 years old couldn't resist the high volume on his ears. The volume on live show allowed are under 100 decibels with peaks of 107 decibels maximum. There is no even one sign warning the attendance for the disturbing and harmful noise levels. We request by mail a reimbursement of $140, but the answer of Event Coordinator *************************** refuse to reimburse beside the ridiculous excuses that nobody ever complaint about the noise levels: "... We have had over ******* attendees this year and close to ****** attendees just this past weekend and this is the only complaint we have had about the noise level...." then she continue "...We have a strict no refund policy and your request does not fall under any circumstance for which I can approve a refund..."What biggest circumstances can fall under that "policy" than just be there less than 20 minutes because the sound was affecting my kids ears. After this incident, I did a research, and i have seen the numerous complaints and legal problems this Circus have been involved during the years, which indicates they are not doing the right thing.Review from Mary K

The show was good, nothing crazy but could be the right entertainment of couple hours for your kids. Just to the entrance 4 small horses tied and placed in a circle in a pen as if it were a living carousel. those poor animals were in the heat (84 degrees), so dirty that the stench could reach a mile away. they were sad and scared with their heads down because they were obviously afraid of further mistreatment. plus they asked you $14 to go on a tour, which was allowed not only to children but also to adults. Can you explain to me how a pony can do such a job?? but then wasn't the circus banned from exploiting animals?? they did it with elephants and they banned it, so they thought it best to change the animal?! smart or stupid?! I would put a rope around their necks to walk around in the sun all day!!! I invite them to be more human. Thank youReview from Tonia G

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews because I really enjoyed the show. We had for young children with us and all of them were entertained the entire time. The performers did a great job! We bought the $14 ticket specials and I feel it was well worth it. I did take one star because they do nickel and dime you in the kids area. But that's not all that different from most places now in days. And if you don't want to spend the money you don't have to. Also sometimes our view was blocked by the tent poles and scaffolding. But there were enough empty seats that we were able to simply move one way or the other so we didn't miss much. Now to address some of the other complaints I've seen; yes, there are people walking around trying to sell stuff throughout the show, but they're not aggressive or in the way. I purchased my tickets online and had no issues with the kids being free. Yes, some of the performance outfits were revealing, but I don't feel like it was overly inappropriate for my 4-year-old. The food was a little pricey, but still less than a lot of other shows that have been to. And the temperature inside the tent was comfortable. Being that we're in Florida and it's always hot, that's an accomplishment. Neither the show or the intermission fell overly long. Overall I would definitely come back. It was a fun night!
