May 2024 The lanai guys put in screens and I contacted them after the storm because over the last couple of rain storms, there has been puddles in my lanai, so I might need holes drained in the frame. They responded and said they would take care of it. Afterwards, I left a follow-up message just saying when they come out, the whole side of the screen was ripped out. I just wanted to make sure they had the tool to put that back in place. This was the response I got. A mother f****** hurricane just blew through do you realize that. Want to go back to ******** or wherever the h*** it is you came fromThis is the most unprofessional response I have ever received. I have no idea if they are even going to take care of the problem. They didnt even give me enough spine that goes to the bottom of the frame, which is the reason that it didnt hold. I dont want them at my house, but I want $100 to pay somebody else to fix this.Business response

At the time we received the call concerning screen panel replacement, we had just entered our property through our neighbor's yard, as ours was not accessible, which had been devastated by Hurricane ******. We were in utter shock and disbelief at the level of damage our property had sustained and then, at that moment to be told some screens had not been installed correctly after a Cat3 hurricane sent us over the top. Any other time, the issue would have been handled with the normal professionalism we provide. We did reach out with an apology, with no response and have issued a check for the requested amount. We again apologize, for the mishandling of the call.Customer response
