Purchased a wheel chair acccessible van for approximately $59,000.00 on June 9, 2021. They promised a disability rebate of $1,000.00 from Toyota. They filed the necessary paperwork and said I should recieve the rebate within rwo months. I have never received the rebate after six nonths. Spoke with Leeanne in the finance department on three occassions with her saying she would call me back with an answer but she has never once called me to resolve this issue. It just seem like once they consumated the sale and got their money, they didn't want to be bothered with you anymore. I certainly would never buy another vehicle from them nor would I recommend them to anyone. They certainly don't care about customer satisfaction. As recently as 2 weeks ago, I called Leeanne and left a message thar if I didn't her back from her, I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. Evidently, she didn't care as I never heard back from her.Business response

The complaint is not yet resolved but I have contacted Toyota regarding the rebate and verified that they had the proper paperwork to process. I conveyed this information to ***** *****. I will follow up with Mr. ***** as soon as I have definitive information.
