On January 11, ****, a friend and I went into this OneBlood location to donate blood. When the donation was finished, I felt very ill, weak, could hardly move or see. I felt like closing my eyes and passing out. The woman who started the blood donation process was not monitoring me the whole time, but worked reception. She finally came over to me, forced me to stay awake and try to move and gave me juice. After a long while I could get up well enough to leave. Since then, only some of my stats are available on my account online, such as blood pressure, iron level and amount of blood they took from me, which was ***** gallons. They are supposed to provide my blood type and will not provide this at all. I talked to their representatives at their direct number at Donor Advocacy twice and the specific location. Their reply is either that the blood type is unknown or that the lab did not have enough blood from me and then they admit that is false, that I in fact donated enough blood. But the lab was not provided with enough tubes.. I literally gave them my blood and felt horribly ill afterwards and sick for days, and not they will not even provide information they stated they would provide. They will not provide me my blood type and only offer a date when I am eligible to donate to them again! Which of course, I will not do.
