Clog Kings came to my home on ********************************************** to perform a camera inspection of the sewer pipes. Clog Kings claimed that the inspection could not be done due to rust buildup in my pipes, but I was still charged $300.00. I recently had a reputable plumbing company come and do the very same camera inspection in the exact same way (through the stack in the roof) that Clog Kings said they could not perform the inspection but still charged **** also believe that I was overcharged by Clog Kings by replacing a toilet that could have been fixed with a minor repair. The toilet was leaking at the floor, and I believe it could have been repaired with a simple gasket replacement. I was told by Clog Kings that the toilet was full of calcium deposits and had to be replaced. I have two toilets in the house, and the other toilet has been in the house just as long as the one that was replaced that still works fine. That replacement cost me $450.00.These incidents happened when my house was being rented out, and I was not able to directly supervise the work. I feel that Clog Kings took advantage of that situation and profited from it.
