I selected to approve one charge ended up with nearly 30 different ones asked for a refund was promised was told nicely I would get it refunded only 2 charges still have many many more and they have no idea how it happened or can't see themBusiness response

Dear ****** and The BBB Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing in response to the recent complaint regarding customer service issues reported by ****** at the email address **********************.
Upon investigating the matter further, we confirmed that ******'s first purchase using this email address was on December 19, 2023. We were only notified by ****** 8 days ago on June 15th that she believed these charges were fraud.
Through our investigations, we did see that ****** confirmed the purchase of the products she bought from us which you can see in the attached documents. When ****** did request a cancellation and refund of our Inner Circle Membership, we were happy to refund her in a quick and timely manner.
Even though our company only has a 60 day money back guarantee, we wanted to make sure ****** was happy. We worked with her to refund her oldest orders and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to ****** due to any confusion of charges appearing.
To address all of ******'s concerns promptly, we have taken the following actions:
- We thoroughly investigated each transaction associated with her email address from December 19, 2023, to January 9, 2024.
- We identified all transactions and proceeded to refund every purchase made during this period.
- We confirmed that ******* inner circle membership was canceled in January when she requested it
- We have attached a compilation screenshot documenting each purchase and its corresponding refund for ******'s reference.
Furthermore, we have reached out to the customer to inquire if there were any additional purchases made using a different card or email address, so that we may promptly issue refunds for those as well, if applicable. Our aim is to ensure that the customer is fully refunded for charges she requested and that this issue is resolved to her satisfaction.
We regret any confusion or frustration this situation may have caused ******. We assure you that steps have been taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. If ****** has any further questions or concerns, we encourage her to reach out to us directly at *********************************

On or about 11/29/23 I was to contact a presumed counselor by calling ************ and the moment the call went through, a woman started talking about her mother, her husband, and all kinds of nonsense on and on and on. Didn't even allow to speak or ask what she was talking about. I take responsibility for the initial $40 charge which was still a scheme because their advertisement on Instagram says $11.98. *******, and not knowing how much they were already accruing per minute call and talking, I called them again to speak specifically to a "Mia" **** I had seen on Instagram. Their unethical, poor and deceptive practices must be stopped one way or another.Initial Complaint

I called spiritual society today after receiving several emails from **** I called to get a reading with *** and got a sales agent who got me to agree to take a $40 call for 40 minutes call with another phychic. I did not get to speak with *** and gained nothing from my call. The phychic I spoke with spoke very slowly as if to drag time and didnt give any real insights. The $40 call I authorized somehow turned into multiple charges totaling over $400! This experience was meant to help me with a stressful situation I have been dealing with, but brought more stress instead. I am disputing the charges with my bank. Do not use this service. It is a huge scam!!!!Business response

Person made unaware that money already paid would go towards my reading. When explained to the manager call was breaking up and I was hung up on. Charging me the full amount for talking to someone. Unwilling to refund money for service not given to me. Wrote email to business letting them k know I was unhappy with the service and that it made no sense. Called latter to find out more money was due without an email or being told at all there was more money due.Business response

I was assured: - I'd speak to "Mia" who was sending me countless emails and messages making all kinds of assertions and suggestions, - that the person I was speaking to "was not a sales person" and she offered her experience, - and so on. I'm a skeptic, but fell victim to clever marketing and "promises" of names, dates, details, information, etc.... none of which was received. Horrible, horrible experience.Business response
